I love these hotels. Everything was clean and ready for us. The resort is so nice and going to the beach and the hotel was great. There was one little issue with the room but they were quick to help and do what they could to fix it.

Location and quality of rooms The front desk doesn’t know what they are doing. They double charge me multiple times for parking. It’s horrible having to dispute all of these charges.

I never leave reviews but this hotel deserves one. Got married and my husband and i decided to do a mini moon here. And we both give it a 10 outta 10 in every category!! Customer service, cleanliness, food, amenities, convenience. We have decided to come back each year for a weekend we enjoyed it that much!

The entire staff, facilities and all the stay was an excellent experience and we would absolutely come back. This was our very first time in Virginia Beach and the Embassy staff made it very memorable.
