Fabulous location! Loved everything about our stay except for the constant screaming out of names when the made-to-order omelets were ready during breakfast in the restaurant. They need to find a better solution for that.

Everything was excellent except front desk, check in and out is very time consuming. Not enough people at the desk, or no people at all. Long wait time and not so friendly people at the desk, will not even acknowledge your presence. Very nice people at the pool, buffet and housekeeping. Beautiful location!

Paying for beach umbrella is hidden cost and expensive one. Breakfast and beach was good.

the only issue I ran into was that my Embassy Hotel bracelet didn’t work at the Marriott. I went to my car in the parking garage and wasn’t able to get back into the Marriott hotel afterward—I had to exit the garage and go around from the outside.

Our room was immaculately clean! Shoutout to the cleaning staff. They should get a raise. The entire hotel is lovely. The taco spot was absolutely delicious! I wanted to grab some for the road when we checked out, but forgot. So sad about that. Can't wait to come back!

When I go on action I expect the staff to be friendly and eager to please. That was not the case. I heard no more than I like or what they can’t do for you and only a few members if the staff were pleasant which to me speaks to management. Nice hotel but most of staff left a lot to be desired.
