Beautiful beach view, great amenities like Mexican taco and tequila bar adjacent to pool. Fun!

Amazing view & friendly staff!

We had dogs next to us that started barking at 4;15 FOR two morning in a row and one that barked all day on Wednesday. The pool needed cleaning had gunk all around the edge and kids were aloud to pulled lounge chairs into the pool running into you . On the positive side the rooms were cleaned well and service staff were nice.

Pool was very murky and had more debris that I would have expected from a resort hotel.

Was very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Clean rooms. Only issue was poolside bar service tended to be quite slow. Only one bar tender and waitress. Needed additional staff in this area.

The downside to this is the beach club space is VERY crowded because of the 3 resorts. I recommend you bring your own chairs- the beach area immediately next door is open and spacious to the point of being comical! We had beach chairs in our car and had a much more enjoyable experience when we did it ourselves.

Exceptional

My family liked everything. There was nothing not to like.

I was extremely disappointed with our stay. During breakfast, a staff member made an inappropriate and embarrassing comment to my son about how much food he was eating, asking him why he was eating so much and whether it was too much for him. I found this completely unacceptable, especially when speaking to a child. We also had to wait in lines just to enter the breakfast area, and the cleanliness was very poor. We even found dishes that were not properly cleaned. The pool area was another serious concern. We found feces in the pool/bathroom area, which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for a hotel at this price level. The beach experience was also extremely frustrating. Staff repeatedly told us where we could and could not place our umbrella and kept asking us to move farther back. I have young children and needed to stay close enough to safely watch them while they were near the water. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy our vacation, we constantly felt restricted and uncomfortable. The experience became so disappointing that on our final day, I decided to leave and move my family to Hyatt Place. The difference was unbelievable. Our experience there was much better, and we did not have to deal with the same unnecessary restrictions, poor treatment, or service issues. I paid good money expecting a relaxing family vacation, but instead I wasted my time and money dealing with problems. I am extremely dissatisfied with this stay and genuinely believe I should receive a refund or appropriate compensation.

It was a lovely property: clean, friendly staff, and lovely views.

This location did not allow us to use the other hotels hot tub and since the Embassy did not have one of their own, it was disappointing.

Very poor

The front desk staff was amazing. The online check in system was down and they were so pleasant and accommodating through that. The nightly reception was nice to have. The rooms were beautiful with a perfect view from the balcony! The free breakfast was so very good every morning. The on-site restaurant Arbuckle had the best wings. Lastly having included beach chairs was appreciated. Now the only not so wonderful thing was the daily parking fee and how busy and slow the garage elevators were. All in all the cost exceeded our expectations.

This was definitely the cleanest place we've stayed. The rooms were nice and updated amd the staff was awesome. The pools were clean and nice as well, especially the outside pool. The TNT Bar on site had some of the best tacos I've ever had and the drinks were great as well. The Deck Bar and Grill had greats burgers and crab legs. There was plenty to do, free drinks, and great food all within walking distance. Only issue we had was parking. You had to park in a garage which was nice but it was attached to the Marriott next door so you had to find parking, find an elevator, go down to lobby in the Marriott, walk across the main entrance of both hotels, go into the Embassy, find their elevators and go to your room. If you pack a lot like we do then be ready for lots of walking and elevator trips. Only other issue besides that was the Marriott's elevators were always busy and full which sucks when your trying to lug all your belongings back and forth. Other then that we loved it and will definitely be back next year.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Beautiful rooms. Nice pool easy access to the beach. All inclusive breakfast was amazing. The property was just amazing with nice restaurants nearby. I love that my balcony had views of the beach in the ocean. I normally do vacations in the Caribbean, but this is definitely my alternative and upcoming back soon.

Check in was at 4pm. We weren’t allowed into our room until 8pm. Nothing was offered to make up for the inconvenience. Very disappointing when we drove 3.5 hours to get there and everything was packed up in our vehicle so we couldn’t even enjoy ourselves.
