Great high end vibe.

Everything about this property was above my expectations.

My husband and I had the most incredible babymoon at Hotel Wailea! From the moment we checked in we were greeted with leis and champagne/alcohol free champagne for me! We stayed 5 glorious nights and every day we raved about the amenities, hospitality, location, and we never wanted to leave!! The valet service was incredible, the front desk staff were so accommodating, and everyone you passed by on property gave a welcoming “aloha!” Despite the hotel not being beachfront, the views of the ocean were surrounding the property and it was a quick drive to so many different beaches! The hotel even packed us chairs, umbrellas, towels, and water bottles for our beach day everyday! The hotel is conveniently located around many restaurants, shopping, beaches, and surrounding towns to sightsee! We’ve already started planning our trip back! Thank you Hotel Wailea for an unforgettable trip!

The hotel is well located, but there were several things we didn't enjoy. The food was a real letdown — the quality simply isn't there. On a brighter note, they have a nice lobby bar with a great atmosphere, though it's only open from 5 to 9 PM, leaving it completely empty the rest of the day. Overall, the food, accommodations, and drinks are extremely overpriced and nowhere near worth what they charge. I would not return to this hotel, and I would not recommend it.

A hidden gem 💎 beautiful boutique hotel felt very private and secluded. Adults only made the stay very relaxing. Room was well clean and well appointed with amenities and air conditioning. Staff were very responsive overall to requests. Pool and gym both nice and not crowded. Multiple restaurants on property with main dining area servicing high quality fine food and wine. Highlight of the hotel is the fleet of Range Rovers used to shuttle guests around anytime. That was amazing service and made everything convenient. location is good but not on the beach but the shuttles made it easy. Hotel would benefit from a coffee shop and convenience store. Otherwise is was a solid 4.5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This resort was a dream. We stayed for our honeymoon in April. It looks even better than it does in pictures. It felt exclusive. The Restaurant was incredible for breakfast and dinner. The property was stunning and well maintained. Rooms were very clean. Pool area was peaceful and cabanas were huge! We also got an in-room massage which was the best we’ve ever had. Chef’s Table experience was unforgettable. We will stay there again next time we’re in Maui.

Staying at Hotel Wailea felt like stepping into a movie set of the white lotus or something— unique, special, immersive, and beyond relaxing. The employees love their jobs and treated myself and others like gold— going above and beyond every time for any little need. Do not skip eating dinner at the Birdcage or breakfast at the restaurant. The lemon ricotta pancakes are probably the best breakfast food I’ve ever had in my life. I have no complaints

Everything was Amazing!! Will be coming back
-
the birdcage restaurant food is great but very overpriced. menu sizes between starters and mains are inconsistent.
-
A peaceful oasis nestled high in the hills.

We had a good time. Comfortable hotel.
-
The room wasn't cleaned. The amenities weren't stocked. The front desk gave incorrect information. I was consistently served dirty water. The water supply was cut off. Access to amenities was severely limited.
-
Beautiful hotel, very unique experience. Everyone was very nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay
-
Literally the best hotel experience I’ve had.

The room was very clean. Staff is the best and extremely helpful.

This was our second time staying at this property. We love the adult only aspect, mainly at the pool, but also just serene in general. The grounds are beautifully landscaped and kept, the food was delicious, and the staff always available, prompt, and friendly. The pool was a very comfortable temp, and the jacuzzi appropriately warm. The room is perhaps the nicest, most well designed ever - like a small house. Absolutely everything you'd need was provided in the room. Very comfortable, spacious, and quiet. A gym was available with complementary yoga, but we just couldn't drag ourselves away from the room in the early morning. We participated in yoga on our first visit though, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is up a hill, but still great if one is a walker, accessing the ocean path and shopping. It was wonderful to be out of the fray, but still close to restaurants, etc. The shuttle on demand was always available and prompt. The property was spotlessly kept everywhere - the pool, public spaces, and the room. No faults whatsoever.

I would book my reservations to the restaurants upon arrival, as they’re also open to the public and can get booked quickly.
