Best Western Plus Waltham Boston

The stay was good overall. There was a minor leak in my bathroom ceiling which could not be resolved before I left.

The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

As usual, enjoyed my stay at this location.

The room was clean. Myself and family checked in around 10.15 PM. While getting on the shower, we realized that the vent fan is not working. The bathroom was fully foggy and it was not a good experience.

It was a very pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. We used the pool which was very nice. The breakfast had everything you could ask for. We would stay here again.

I love the hotel location and amenities. My kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was nice, 24hrs open latte/ coffee machine is excellent. The restaurant in the facility The Copper Tavern is amazing, so many variety and lovely food/ drink. If I'm coming back to Boston, I'm booking only this one.

Room was large size. Bathroom didn't have the exhaust fan just a vent. Breakfast was nice with good coffee machines. I wish they had old style pancake machine, because the machine they have is producing small and pale pancakes. Overall we enjoy our stay. Thank you!

The hotel has a restaurant that makes mealtimes easy to accommodate.

I’ve stayed at way better hotels for the same price in good areas. The conditions of this hotel are not the best. Everything feels outdated. You can tell they don’t do much to maintain it. The room we stayed at, the walls were dirty, the bathroom door was dirty, the room itself had a weird smell. The vibes in the hotel don’t feel right. I don’t like leaving reviews but I didn’t even see any security cameras. Our room was all the way down the hall and there was no security cameras!! Wouldn’t stay here again! Didn’t even try their breakfast because it just didn’t feel right. They also only provide a TINY bottle of shampoo or body wash. Can’t remember what it was but I had to purchase some of everything. We were three people and we couldn’t share any of the “products” provided. Usually I bring my own but this time I decided not to because I always end up using what hotels provide. It’s just wasn’t a comfortable stay.

Restaurant on site Gave my reserved handicap accessible room to someone else. Room I ended up with was not practical-not enough bars to use the tub. Bathroom door got stuck on the floor before fully open. Toilet didn't flush well.
