Best Western Plus Waltham Boston

Clean rooms and the breakfast was the best we have had for this price. Def would stay here again!

My family and I stayed at the best western plus due to my sons treatments at Boston children’s hospital, as we stayed July 30th through August 2nd. The day before we left August 1st, they rented out my room that me and my family have been staying in. The kids and I were in the pool when we went back to our room my key card didnt work! Went to front desk to inform them my key didn’t work, then they informed me that they gave my room away to a group that came for Italy. They were not empathetic at all. But did say they would refund my stay for 250.00, when I returned to my room things were disturbed and my money was missing! Told them and they say they would refund me the for one day of stay which was 250.00, when I checked out on Sunday August 2nd now they said the would only refund me 100.00, it’s a shame when i usually stay at best western plus for my sons treatments at Boston children’s hospital, i will no longer recommend this hotel. Or stay here again. Staff and manager were very mean and careless about there mistake they made.

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good…real food with fresh fruit! Property was in a safe location and close to highway and gas station. Restaurant was very nice. Huge selection of craft beers on tap and a nice affordable menu. Good stay. I would definitely book there again!

Stay was short but enjoyable. Restaurant was excellent. Room was clean. Pool was small and not really “family friendly”. Would definitely stay here again for a short term visit. Price was extremely reasonable.

It is hotel that can go to sleep in. I got out of a concert so I checked in at 11:30. I went to bed and left in the morning. It is nothing fancy. The room smelt bad. And it needs remodeling. But for the price it did it purpose.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the deadbolt was inoperative, the tub drain was clogged and the shower was dangerously slippery.

Good, clean room. Beds were a little soft, but not terrible. Everything worked in the room. The soap and toiletries provided were much better than most chains. Breakfast was also very good with lots of options.

I booked a king room with a balcony, I was giving a double with no balcony.

Room was clean and in great condition. Restaurant in the hotel was very good. Ended up eating there 3 times during our stay. Would stay again if I am back in the area.

I love the indoor pool, the complimentary breakfast was top-notch, and the room was amazing. If you're going to park in the lot, stay away from the trees however. The birds crapped all over my car so much that I had to go to a car wash to clean it extensively. The staff was very helpful and easy to talk to.

Had a balcony room and it was really clean. The bed was comfortable.

Hotel needs to improve hot water system as too much water is being wasted waiting for water in shower to heat up. Pool was not that warm. Staff is helpful and friendly!

Friendly staff , good breakfast and love the restaurant down stairs food always good. Nice place to stay maybe a little touch up here or there but overall very nice

Wish bathroom had an exhaust fan.

The entry and common areas were lovely, but the bathroom in our room was in deplorable condition. Door was rotting, shower curtain rod barely attached to the wall, terrible patch work on the walls.

Very nice property and close to dining options, room was clean and well maintained.
