Breakfast was delicious and all the staff was very helpful

I am a senior with walking difficulties. When I returned to the hotel after dinner, the elevator was down. A staff member directed me to use stairs although he knew that I am limp.

I stay at this hotel pretty often and one of the things I appreciate having in the room is a microwave. This particular time one couldn’t be provided which was kind of inconvenient. And for some reason controlling the AC/Heat was challenging. I couldn’t get the AC off, so my room was pretty cold. Overall my stay wasn’t the best but it wasn’t the worst either

The only small thing is that it was a bit strong the smell of the cleaning products, which people with allergies keep sneezing. But everything was great

We have stayed in a lot of hotels and this is one of our favorites! We will be back .

The room was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful when asking for dinner recommendations. Beds were super comfortable! And parking was free and very easy - didn't have any problems with having 2 cars. The only negative (and this is very minor) is there was no hair dryer in the room. We may have been able to get one if we contacted the front desk, but we were only there for one night and it wasn't that big of a deal. Would definitely stay here again!

It was horrible I will never and I mean never book this hotel again. If I can get my money back that would be amazing, because we couldn’t even sleep because of how dirty it was.

We were in the area for a medical appointment for my child. Very stressed about the appointment and anxious about being in a large, unfamiliar area (we are very small town people). The staff were unaware of our situation but their kindness and friendly demeanors made a very stressful few days so much easier. Will be returning to stay here for our future medical visits!

Room was clean-tv didn’t work at first and call to the front desk had an engineer in our room and part replaced all within 30 minutes or less! 24/7 snacks and drinks available for purchase if needed in lobby. We had a room with a bathtub. It is a deep soaking tub which is great if you are looking for that. Sides of tub are high to step over if you are taking a shower and no grab bar so request room with a grab bar if you may need one. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is great, except for the breakfast. Breakfast isn’t included at Marriott Courtyard I was told. That’s fine, but the prices for the meager offerings were outrageous. On top of that, the $10 yogurt parfait tasted like cardboard.

Very clean, bed was super comfortable. Gym contains useful equipment and pool was clean.

Very nice hotel in nice office park area. Hotel was clean and room w King size bed and pull out very comfortable. I got the added breakfast which was made to order. About 20-25 min drive outside of Boston. I would stay hear again for sure.
