I received a free upgrade to a suit which made my day! The gym was well equipped and a good size. The omelette station was a nice addition to breakfast but it was very crowded.

We stayed here for 11 days, and it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had. I would not recommend this hotel and will never stay here again. The staff was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful. We booked a room with a regular bed and a sofa bed, but only the regular bed was made. The sofa bed was completely ignored, despite it being obvious that someone had slept there. Cleanliness was another major issue. We found a contact lens in the shower that did not belong to us. Despite repeatedly reporting it, it took two full days to remove. Instead of apologizing and resolving the issue, the staff seemed annoyed that we pointed it out. Throughout our stay, the cleaning staff did the bare minimum. The hotel also smelled unpleasant upon entering, and the elevator frequently smelled terrible. The breakfast was poor, although it was roughly what we expected. Combined with the poor cleanliness, bad smells, and unfriendly service, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. After 11 days, I can say with certainty that I would never stay here again. Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else.

The property is well maintained and staff is friendly and courteous. The room I had was comfortable..I would ask maintenance to also care for the vents in the rooms as they were very dusty. Other than that, lovely stay and I would return.

They serve a decent breakfast at the Hyatt, but it gets very busy later in the morning. Best to get there early.

Friendly front desk staff and breakfast staff. Decent breakfast with omelette station Lobby and first floor halls stunk like cooking grease and old food from likely poor ventilation in breakfast area.
