Broken. Vanity in bathroom broken tv remote Garbage left at the door No handicap bathroom Staff not available most of the time Keys would not open the door

The hotel was nothing great to write about. Room was simple, with definite wear shown with unpainted areas of the bqthroom walls from previous repairs, the bathroom cabinet face was in disrepair and crumbling. Beds were clean, room was clean other than cosmetic blemishes on the walls, floors. It served its purpose for a quick overnight stay, but improvements can definitely be made especially in the bathroom. Did not use the kitchen area. Hallways smelled faintly of cigarettes & trash was left outside of a room.

Lights in room did not work. Very outdated. Decided not to stay and left.

If I could give it 0 stars I would . Absolutely disgusting place. You have to pay for WiFi , breakfast is a granola bar and drip coffee. When I got to my room there was hair on my sheets , a used toothpick on the nightstand the towels had stains on them . The whole hotel including the room smelled of cigarette smoke . The low price wasn’t worth the discomfort I felt

My fridge was opening from the opposite direction, I was missing cabinets, my toilet seat was loose with marks that couldn’t be wiped off and my blinds were ripped so the sun peaked right into the room when I needed a nap.

The bed is a joke. The frame is not much more than a cot. I was scared it was going to break just by sitting on the edge when I first arrived. You are filmed at the front desk. Because I’m checking into a hotel room I am a criminal? They did refund the room when I checked out. I will never set foot in this place again.

The location was great. The trash can hadn't been emptied. It was filled with strange smells.

From the moment you walk in, there is a strong, unpleasant smell that just stuck to you. The room was clean, but the smell lingers the whole time, through the hallways, and even after you leave. The place feels understaffed and poorly managed. The atmosphere is uncomfortable and make you feel unsafe, honestly, for the price, it was not worth it at all.

It was a disgusting hotel. Very old, furniture was old and chipped. I didn’t feel comfortable putting anything on bathroom counters. Sink was old, marked, stopper didn’t work - had to remove it. Elevators were filthy. No carpeting in the room.

Do not go to this hotel. Noone at the front desk. Elevator broken. Rooms smell. Trash in hallways

No complaints here! The staff was kind and helpful. The grab and go breakfast hit the spot and the room was quiet and comfortable. The shower pressure and heat was perfect!

Then Extended Stay still charged me for the stay later and didn't cancel the charge after being contacted by Expedia staff. Expedia is making me write several emails to make sure they will make Extended Stay cancel the credit card charge. Unacceptable service by both parties.

I need refund

No light bulbs on bed side lamps, AC Broken we cooked all night even with window open,one pillow was weird can’t even explain! The floor was disgustingly dirty as well as bathroom. I took pictures to email the property! It’s was terrible…..
