The property was great but only thing I would suggest is to have a designated area for a pet relief area as majority Hampton Inns I’ve been to have that which I love because because travel with their furry friends. I would also suggest a microwave in the rooms because you had to go downstairs if you wanted to heat something up. If there were more plugs closer to the walls by the beds because my partner and I both have sleep apnea and I had to plug his going through the back of the bed in order to reach the plug in the middle between the beds. Overall it was a good stay.

After breakfast, I asked her what time the metro closes at night. Without even looking at me, she said, “I don’t know.” I asked if anyone at the hotel might know. “No.” I asked whether her manager knew. “No.” I then asked if there was a concierge who could help. Again, “No.” I was shocked that no one could answer a simple question, especially at a hotel that costs over $200 per night. The worst part was checkout. I had booked two rooms, and one was for my friends who wanted to pay with their own credit card. She entered the card information, but it was declined due to the bank’s limit. My friend immediately raised the limit online and asked her to swipe the card on the machine, because in China you must use the physical machine to prevent fraud. She refused to do it. While she was supposedly helping me, she asked someone behind me to skip the line and step forward. When I asked why, she said, “Because I can’t help you now.” Her attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.

Of the 3 hotels we stayed at over our vacation, this one was the best. Comfortable rooms, nice breakfast, nice pool (a little hot but otherwise great). Elevators worked :) not noisy.

Very clean. Nice rooms. Breakfast food was very good with many choices. Easy access to Boston. Look forward to staying again in the future. Big plus is free parking on the premises.

Breakfast was great! A/C worked great. We were very comfortable in our room. Just no microwave in our room.

Out of the way, but quiet and clean
-
Clean, located conveniently to freeway and Waltham. Good location for me to visit downtown Boston and also get to central Massachusetts.

$4 dollar 12 oz sodas in the lobby. Bar is only open Monday thru Wednesday…. There are ZERO restaurants near by but pizzerias near by. Somewhat clean rooms. I probably would t stay again to be honest. Half the parking lot spots were blocked off for buses that arrived later. Just meh

The breakfast area was not large enough for the number of guests
-
The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was wonderful.
-
A bit of a drive from the airport, but the reasonable rate made it worth it (compared to other hotels directly in Boston), & it was a great start to our vacation in Boston.
-
All of the above
-
Stayed for 6 days and it was very pleasant. Breakfast was yummy; they would switch up the options every other day. Our room and the rest of the hotel was clean. Staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming.
