1 of 2 elevators is not working. The front desk indicated that the contractor can not obtain replacement parts as the unit is 14 years old. This is IMO a safety issue, esp for older clients.

Good place to stay

If you like license plate readers, this hotel is for you! Who knows what they do with that data, sell it to insurance companies? To me, it is the equivalent of a derogatory greeting. (And, if they try to claim it is for "safety:" criminals steal other people's cars or remove their license plates; so they are basically recording normal folks' plates.)

Small pool and not heared

Nice property. Clean. Helpful staff. It was much further away from MBTA than anticipated and the included breakfast was not good.

Terrible front desk representation… lack of professionalism and class

We happened to get an accessible room which was huge. It had a no step, walk in shower. Cut up fruit available at breakfast though the rest was the standard stuff. Good location to 95 and Mass Pike. Close to a Costco 3rd floor room above had a kitchen area which was not carpeted so heard footsteps early in the morning. Ask about that when booking. Walk in shower could have been a little deeper as water splashed on the tile outside the shower area onto the floor tile so I had to put a towel there because it got wet.

It was ok. Had to pay for parking which was insane since we have stayed at other hotels on the same street and have not had to. Also one of the two elevators was not working for both days we were there and it was a cluster with all of the people trying to go up or down with their luggage. Room was ok, but fold out couch was not comfortable.

The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great.

Le dejeuner tres ordinaire (oeuf brouiller, saucisse ronde, gauffre, gruau) , les draps du lit etait tacher mais sinon en general c’est un bon hotel. Staff courtoie et serviable.

Hotel was nice, staff was excellent. Parking was difficult. Good choices at hotel or nearby were limited and parking issues made going out difficult.

Breakfast was very good with many choices! It was on time ! The cleaning services. I have to call to have clean towels on the next day and to remove the trash in our waste baskets. I understand that cleaning is done every other day. But i believe that empty trash can and new towels should be on a daily basis.

Beautiful, new property. Very clean. The room and bathroom were spacious and the shower was great! Breakfast was also good. The fact that they charge for parking is ridiculous. This isn’t the center of Boston, with no space. It’s in an area that feels like a giant mall.

Nice place clean

The suites back up to I-95 and were very loud. It was hard to sleep at night with the constant traffic. The regular rooms are on the opposite side of the hotel, and I assumed to be quieter.
