Room floor was dirty ( barefoot turned black), microwave was broken called to get new one they said there was none, bathroom door didn’t close, shower drain was slow to drain stood in 3” of water. Parking good and safe area. Food nearby was great.

Sofa bed didn’t have a mattress so it would sink every time we sat on the sofa. No utensils in kitchenette. Lobby smelled like cigarettes. It felt like there were people living in the building as well which made it looked sketchy.

It's a non-smoking property, yet my room smelled like cigarettes. There was someone screaming in the middle of the night. The wall was not sound proof. Weird people lived in this property.

room was dated and needed repairs. no extra sheets etc for pull out couch. could hear a man screaming somewhere in building. no extras.

Welfare Hotel

I come from extremely humble beginnings. So trust me, I gave this place a chance. But just because I wanted to save money on a quick trip shouldn’t mean this place should be advertised as a hotel. This place is home to your local homeless/ migrant workers , that pay on a weekly basis. And yes it’s an “extended stay” but then there staff and cleaning should be done daily not only in rooms but lobby and front desk area. The fact that you have to ask for the remote control for the tv once you check in tells you a lot. I stayed 3 nights and every night I had to ask for towels or something that comes normal in other hotels. When you ask front desk they seemed bothered and blamed the day shift / cleaning crew of not doing their job. The sofa bed was filled of dog hairs and floors look like they haven’t had a good scrub in months. If I had 3rd party paid I would have asked for a refund and paid extra at another hotel.

Got a king room and The bathroom door could not shut at all..

We had a sink full of water and a broken stopper. Policexmade several visits to hotel for domestic disputes among guests.we were only there one night. Noisy refrigerstor. Very good breakfast!

Never again. Dirty room, no amenities, no ice machine. Terrible

Just bad. The front desk employee was the only good part.

Love it , specially because it makes me feel like home

My stay was wonderful room was extremely clean and big. I enjoyed my stay and will come back again this was my third time there.

I had booked two rooms through Booking.com from August 8 to August 10 and had already made the payment. We were four adults and four children. After traveling approximately 10–11 hours from Erie, Pennsylvania, we arrived at the hotel at around 3:00 AM. However, the hotel refused to provide us with the rooms and told us that our reservation had been canceled. I never received any email, phone call, or other notification informing me that my reservation had been canceled. I had a confirmed reservation number, and the payment had already been made. I asked the hotel management to provide me with a written statement confirming that they were refusing to provide us with the rooms. However, they were unable—or unwilling—to provide anything in writing. I will now consult with my legal counsel to determine what legal action I can take regarding this matter. The distress and hardship that my family and I, especially my children, were subjected to is something that I will not forget. This experience was completely unacceptable, and I believe the hotel should be held accountable for the way we were treated. This hotel is completely devoid of ethical values. I personally experienced how customers can be taken advantage of, deceived, and subjected to unnecessary stress and hardship, even with children involved. The location is not far about 10 minutes walk to a subway stations, nearby are a selection o restaurants. The room was very clean, the bathroom was impeccable clean as well, hair dryer, clean towels. Since I came during summer hot days, the house seems to be better for winter, it was still hot inside past after 9 pm, the air conditioning is old and small to cool off the room. No iron (at least I could not find it). One more thing, the internet did not work during my stay.

Staff could not find us a spare. My daughter had to sleep on the floor. Bathroom door broken and won't close. Room had a very bad smell. Drawer in cabinets missing

Having a full kitchen with no utilities plates glasses or silverware made it useless
