Location was great and very clean. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Front desk staff when I arrived didn’t smile once and was very annoyed I was checking in. A smile goes a long way

No conditioner...

Dirty towels, Kitchen had no utensils and when asked were told to come back and hour later. NO continental breakfast. No staff to talk to when needed. Only one carrier for the whole hotel and had to wait to carry our lagage. 2 towels for 2 days stay for 2 guests. I bar soap for 2 guests. In general very poor service for the price paid. .

The staff didn't appear to want to do anything more than was absolutely required and at one point we had to go room to room to try to find a trash can (room did not have one) and a remote for the television (also missing). Before we saw the room they did offer 20% off for the missing cabinet doors and a few things that they knew were wrong with the room but did not mention some of the other items that were missing or non-existent.

Building and room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was too hard, and I like a firm mattress.

The room was dirty; I found dirty towels in the bathroom, there wasn't even a bottle of water, and the toilet paper roll was half empty. I didn't like anything about the room. In my opinion, you should refund my money. I am a regular customer—I’ve stayed in another room that was very clean—but Room 201 was simply too dirty yesterday. Be careful booking through Expedia because what they showed as a newly renovated room in this extended stay suite was a completely separate building than what was booked. Stairwell and hallways were dirty, room smelled and bathroom shower didn’t drain. No plates or cooking utensils for the kitchen unless you asked and they didn’t have enough for every room. Left a day early.

Room not as clean as it should be. Floor had food crumbs and other debris. Coffee table had dried food on it.

Opened sofa bed. No sheets or blanket. Bare mattress with crumbs and stains. Disgusting. For some unknown reason there are no garbage cans in the room. Only a stack of black 30 gallon garbage bags. Again, disgusting. Staff was uninterested and could care less. Loud. Lots of babies crying. But hey, the price was right.

Parking was great, staff was excellent.

There was a dirty wash cloth in my shower. Staff was not the nicest/helpful. Cleaning of rooms was behind schedule. Breakfast was almost nothing. Rooms were overall quite nice with everything you would realistically want.
