Passable

Bad

That it was close proximity to the highway , Ty the front desk personal and the other front desk woman with the blonde hair and glasses were very polite and apologetic . Arrived in the parking lot and parked and when walking to get my things out of the vehicle my son told me to watch out as there was shattered liquor bottles all over the grass under the trees. Looking further around there was trash everywhere on the green space glass and other garbages . First red flag . Went to check in and the front desk staff were very pleasant , gave me my room key and we proceeded to walk down a dirty hallway that looks to have not been vacuumed that month . Got into our room , dropped our luggage and left promptly to get something to eat as we had just drove 8.5 hrs and were hungry. Came back about an hour and a half later and turned on all the lights and my 13 year old son went to have a shower and promptly came out and said he could not shower in there because it was dirty . I had already saw a filthy room as he was going to take a shower and when I went to look in the bathroom after he refused to use it I saw prior guests pubic hair and other body hair all over the shower and bath tub. The bathroom sink and mirror was full of toothpaste spit residue that had never been cleaned . Floor was not vacuumed , dried white stains on the headboard and the sheet had an orange filthy handprint under where the pillows were placed . I went and spoke with the lovely young man Ty working the front by himself and asked for cleaning supplies to clean my own room as I cannot comfortably stay there in that condition . He came and looked at it and was just as appalled as I was and offered me another room which quite frankly wasn’t in any better of a state. . I spent a good 20 minutes cleaning the bathtub ,sink and mirror, wiped the headboard down and Ty gave me fresh clean bedding fresh out of the dryer . The amount of money it costs to stay here with a “breakfast” which really isn’t a breakfast that only accommodates a select few people is not cheaper than surrounding hotels with a full breakfast and clean premises .

bad old smelly rude

Too much noise in the lobby

I found the location without stress. It was well marked and well lit. The staff was great, pleasant and helpful. My room was spotless and very comfortable. I had an excellent experience there.

Just the location

Fairly cheap It shouldn't be listed as having breakfast included. There was no breakfast. There was like a TV stand by the door that had muffins and granola bars.

The room was advertised as being able to comfortably sleep 4. It comfortably slept 2 because the "pull out bed" was actually a cot. The staff was super unhelpful when we needed bedding. I have mobility issues and they wouldn't bring the bedding. They were rude and condescending. None of the keys worked so staff had to scan people in. It was honestly one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I'm furious I paid for this stay.

The hotel is located in an area close to many businesses. The building itself is nice, and the room had a nice bed, a fridge, even a stove. These things were useful. I think there is still room for improvement in terms of cleanliness. The room was not properly vacuum cleaned, and I could see hair and dust in multiple places. It was not a big deal, but I was surprised because I found it in very obvious places where it would be easy to clean.

I liked that the room was fully equipped with kitchenette and sofa bed. The cushions to the sofa bed appeared to be small and uncomfortable. Not a big deal for me since I was just staying for one night.

Location Dead cockroach, bed was uncomfortable, noise level too loud

Parking was fine, staff were great. The place itself had an awful smell, when you plugged something in it fell out and wouldn’t stay in, fridge had awful smell, beds were uncomfortable, hallways nasty!

The experience was completely unacceptable.

Only one staff person available when an especially needy couple was in the lobby.

it was disgusting and disturbing

This is the 4th time ive stayed here. Every time on multi day trips my keycard never works the second day and has to be redone. room next to me had his music so loud i could hear it in the shower. There was a guy sleeping in his pickup next to the stairs

We walked in, found an unidentifiable pill on the floor (we had a cat with us), filthy room and felt unsafe. We immediately walked out and I’m in the process of requesting a refund. No matter how much cheaper this place is, don’t go there

Luckily, an unrelated hotel up the street (that we found ourselves) had a room for us and we got to bed at 3:30 am. Nope! Not doing THAT again!!
