Extended Stay America Suites Boston Waltham 32 4th Ave

Staff could not find us a spare. My daughter had to sleep on the floor. Bathroom door broken and won't close. Room had a very bad smell. Drawer in cabinets missing

Having a full kitchen with no utilities plates glasses or silverware made it useless

Kim was very helpful. The suite was good and quiet. All amenities worked. Had a wonderful stay.

First room I supposed to check into was not cleaned by housekeeping. The gentlemen gave us a similar room two doors down. Made no attempt to overly apologize or or even explore the idea of maybe refunding a little bit of the money for the overall room. The room did not have a channel changer and it took me over an hour to locate a staff member to have a channel changer the replaced

Room smelt like cigarettes, yeah it’s a cheap hotel but it’s disgusting that rooms smell like that

Location was great and very clean. Staff wasn’t friendly at all. Front desk staff when I arrived didn’t smile once and was very annoyed I was checking in. A smile goes a long way

I received a email confirmation and arrived within 40 mins and they told my reservation was canceled i absolutely expect a refund in full asap
