Overall everything went well

I was really impressed with this hotel and the suite we had for the price we paid. One of the better places I have stayed and will probably go there again because it was so nice.

The rooms was great and I loved the restaurant/bar. Paying for parking was a negative.

We had changed the date of arrival with Expedia and received confirmation of the change via email. On arrival at the hotel, the clerk told us we had no reservation and blew off the confirmation that I showed her saying "oh, they say that but you have no reservation." We insisted on waiting for the manager. And suddenly, she changed her mind and checked us in. She had told us that we would lose the money we had spent on the changed room and would have to pay to stay on the night we arrived. But then she checked us in. Very frustrating. This took quite a bit of time. Rooms were fine, breakfast was really good, but that clerk ruined my opinion of the hotel.

The breakfast was delicious.

Customer service was great, room was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Didn’t have the original room we booked but that was fine with us. We were given compensation for the Starbucks inside the hotel Having to pay for parking

It’s a nice hotel with large comfortable When you are not located in the city and you are not close to public transportation, I think it is absolutely awful for a hotel to charge for parking. Well, the hotel is beautiful. It could use a little bit of maintenance here and there some of the public areas are looking a little worn.

Location was very close to Brandeis, where we needed to be. Super comfortable room, comfy bed, nice bathroom the A/C was so loud it woke me up a couple times during the night
