We always try to stay at Embassy suites. They are always first class. Lots of room and a great breakfast! The pool at this one was huge and amazing!!

This is one of the best Embassy Suites in the US. I have been to many. From the property to the amazing staff. It is an A+. The gentleman that checked us in Friday night-the ambassador-was awesome! Keep up the great work!

The Embassy Suites is always a winner for us. For about a third of the cost of a comparable hotel on a Saturday night in the summer, we got a suite with a separate bedroom (if you have young kids, you know why this matters), a kitchenette, and a living room with a sofa bed - plus a continental breakfast the next day, an indoor pool, an on-site restaurant (flatbread pizza for the win), and free on-site parking (not a thing at many other Boston area hotels). I have nothing to complain about. Sure, there were a few things here and there—an ice machine that was out of order on our floor, a door that was a little hard to shut all the way—but honestly those aren't really things even worth complaining about when you get all of the other things that we were able to get for the price we paid. We've stayed at this hotel 3 times now and as long as it continues to be such a hit, we will be back!

We reserved 2 rooms for my daughter's birthday and she had amazing time because the hotel staff was so accommodating and charged our rooms to make sure they were together. The breakfast was fresh with lots of variety and the rooms were clean and great for the 6 teenagers I has staying with us...I'll definitely be back!!!

You generally live MC3 hotels but this one left left something to be desired. Here in the bathtub, a pill on the bathroom floor and just generally not well cleaned. We did notify the front desk and they waved our parking fee and she was run some bonus points to compensate.

Very welcoming and enjoyable stay.

The a/c was not working properly in the common areas of the hotel. The actual hotel room had a sewer-like odor about it. The bed and shower linens were quite worn. The facility needs a serious deep cleaning and updating. The staff, however, were terrific.

The room was very nice and spacious. Breakfast buffet was good as well. My big issue and why I did not give it 5 stars is because the AC was out when we checked in and their response to it. They did not mention upon check in, I only realized after we entered our room and it was warm and the AC would not kick on after adjusting the settings. I did not appreciate lady at front desk barely giving me any info when I asked her later. When we returned from dinner later, she told me it was partially available. Luckily another gentleman working there overhead and told us it was indeed back on. Room was still warm but you had to turn it off and back on to kick in. That info was not provided either. I think it’s a big deal if the AC is not working in the summer and if we’re going to sleep Iike that.
