Breakfast was good. Staff is helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very kind and accommodating, and the hotel was absolutely beautiful! The location was a bit difficult to manage for someone out of state, however it was close to everything which was nice.

Did not eat the breakfast. No matter how many times that I reset the heat to warm the room, the air conditioning continued to cool the suite down! I was there overnight for a colonoscopy the next day. My prep was at 6:00pm and at 3:00am. I was awake from 3:00am to the time I left at 7:00am. The temperature in the room dropped to 66 degrees before I shut the system down. I literally froze. I did not call the front desk as I was in the process of cleansing my bowel and also did not want my partner to be awakened by maintenance. I wanted to complain the next morning but there was a line at the front desk and I needed to make it to my appointment on time.

Wallpaper and paint in the rooms are peeling. It’s so old it’s falling right off. Second, the phones in the room do not work. Lightbulbs in bathroom are out. The hotel made me check in and out every day of my three day stay. What hotel does such a thing?? The hotel says they have dinner to be delivered to the room. In room order / dining. It’s on their materials and web site and in room tv advertisement. Nope, they don’t. The staff said “we just found out that we don’t.” This place is clearly a dump. Not worth the money I spent and wish I could be refunded.

The housecleaning was mid. All they did was make the beds & replace towels. One night we had to bag up the trash & put it outside of our room. No vacuum or wipe down of anything

Enjoyed the suite room with frig and microwave. Breakfast and seating areas were spacious. Lobby bar and restuarant were convenient with nice seating.

Excellent hotel in Waltham. Yummy breakfast and afternoon cocktails.

Bathroom floor was dirty in room. Lobby coffee was empty. Was told it would be refilled but gave up waiting after 15 minutes.

It was nice and quiet in our room. We were even near the elevator but the room set up works nicely There was what we believe a pet odor in our room it was disinfected a couple of times but did not do the job.

We stayed in the governor suite and it was great! High floor, no noise and it was very clean.

I have never stayed there and I have someone stealing my identity and don't know how to get it fixed but I have never stayed at your establishment nor have I even ever been to your state at all.

The room was very nice large and comfortable. There was a separate room with couch and dining table. It also had a wet bar and microwave but no mini fridge. Two large screen TVs in each room. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. There was some trash in the hallways but might of been from the storm.

Great breakfast options. Clean comfortable room. Attentive staff willing to help with questions.

A good place to stay.

Hall carpets dirty, our fridge didn’t work on check in so had to wait until next day get replacement. Charged two dog fees for my two small dogs when thought it was one fee. Ask them to waive one of the fees but they would not. Place shows its age.
