The first morning there was no hair conditioner, the next two days there was no hand soap for the sink in the bathroom. The rooms are only half cleaned each day. They charge $15/day for parish is ridiculous for Waltham, the other local hotels don’t charge. The staff is very kind and helpful. The food is below average.

Other than that, Everything else was PERFECT! I was very impressed with the entire operation. The stuff was awesome, the food exceptional, the entire building andw grounds was spotless. Highly recommend as long as the thermostat works!

Very lovely staff. The place was beautiful & with a charming vintage feel. And the complimentary breakfast was delicious as well.

First- the front deck phones rings and rings. Like for hours at a time. The host at the front desk was super rude- I asked about quarters for the laundry. It’s an amenity they offer right? Then maybe a coin machine would have been great- I walk to host- asked her she says it’s not my problem- I expect you to have your down. The chairs In the breakfast buffet area seems to be from a dumpster. You sit on them and you fall through. Majority are broken. My kid feel thrru one. Nice location but nothing is around ‘. Boston is about 25mins.

The lounge & gym area was nice also. The pool could've used a vacuum though, it felt like loose sand on the bottom.

Loved the open concept and the pool. The elevator was broken and the stairs are creepy. I didn’t realize we’d also be paying a daily fee for parking.

No towels if not requested Breakfast was good. Loundry didnt work at all...it was out of service. Staff was nice and respectful.
