Holiday Inn Express Boston - Waltham by IHG

The hotel was clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. They also provided a nice breakfast, which we enjoyed. I liked the late checkout policy, and the extra charge was reasonable at $10 per hour. However, there was no separate business room or quiet area for office calls or meetings. Overall, it is a very good option for families, and I would recommend it.

They gave us improper room Staff was not kind

The check-in process was incredibly fast and efficient! My room was massive and spotlessly clean. I was also very impressed with the breakfast—the variety was fantastic, and the cinnamon rolls were absolutely delicious.

The room was very small. Very noisy. We can hear All the noises from the hallway and next door. Bad insulation.

A young lady checked us in that evening. So helpful very pleasant Wish I had cought her name . She deserves attention 👏

Check in was quick and efficient and staff were all very friendly/helpful. Breakfast was pretty good overall and definitely on par with previous experiences with the hotel chain. Location didn't have much in walkable proximity for dining. some areas in hotel room (shower install) were looking a bit worn.

Most Holiday in Expresses I have stayed at have been excellent. This one as well. All the staff from the front door to the breakfast servers were super friendly. Room was clean and breakfast was good!

Todo fue excelente , solo en el comedor tuve un problema con el que estaba poniendo frutas , le pedí dos bananas frescas y no me las quiso dar me Dijo que agarrara de las que tenían en un plato, pero las que estaban en el plato estaban pasadas de maduras y no me quiso dar , pienso que tenemos derecho de obtener fruta fresca ya que el pago del cuarto lo incluye.

EVERYTHING Nothing it was all a good experience

We stayed for graduation weekend at Brandeis. The hotel was a quick drive to the school which was very convenient. Parking is great and the rooms are super clean and comfortable. There are places to gather in the lobby and a cute outdoor space that's lovely. The staff were really sweet. If I had one criticism I'd say the shower was a little annoying--not great water pressure and the sliding glass door made a crazy squeaking noise when being opened. Still, not a big deal and could have just been our room.

The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was full of variety. Great place to stay outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but close enough to get there in a short amount of time. Central to shopping and restaurants.
