BARN DOORS and small room! I always knock off at least one star when there is a barn door on the bathroom. It is not sound, smell or visibility proof. This one also had a frosted glass insert meaning you could see the out line of the person in the bathroom and it was lit up at night when someone went in there. The room was also tiny! No room for a portable crib, rollaway or air mattress. Not even enough room to get out of the bed next to the wall. The breakfast was also not up to what I am used to at a Holiday Inn Express. It was clean and quiet but on the whole not up to what I was expecting from this brand.

Breakfast was very good. The water from the shower was quite small. It would save water but it took longer time to shower.

The hotel was convenient to the highway with safe, ample parking. I would stay here again in the future if my travel plans brought me back to the area.

Property was good; location good; but bathroom cleanliness and upkeep overall was lacking a bit; not dealbreaker, but was disappointed given star rating on Expedia. Expected better.

The room and bed were fantastic. The man who checked us in Friday night, 8/14 around 11pm was very professional, quick and friendly. The breakfast was GREAT...some of the best scrambled eggs we've had in a long time. (The only problem we found was a VERY low flow in our showerhead. Maybe the water pressure? Maybe the shower head but it was like what you get in a camper shower.) We'd go back again!

When I checked in the first black color staff gave me terrible hostility without reason, first she selected a room adhere to elevator, second she deliberately did not activate the access card and let me go up stair to try for over 5 minute. When I came back to her, she pointed to another staff with cold face. Fortunately another staff she is super friendly like an angel, she helped to arrange another room, activated the access card, settled down everything with sweet smile.
