The room and bed were fantastic. The man who checked us in Friday night, 8/14 around 11pm was very professional, quick and friendly. The breakfast was GREAT...some of the best scrambled eggs we've had in a long time. (The only problem we found was a VERY low flow in our showerhead. Maybe the water pressure? Maybe the shower head but it was like what you get in a camper shower.) We'd go back again!

When I checked in the first black color staff gave me terrible hostility without reason, first she selected a room adhere to elevator, second she deliberately did not activate the access card and let me go up stair to try for over 5 minute. When I came back to her, she pointed to another staff with cold face. Fortunately another staff she is super friendly like an angel, she helped to arrange another room, activated the access card, settled down everything with sweet smile.

Our family had a wonderful trip—the accommodation was very clean, and everything was completely satisfying. Highly recommended!

The property was very nice. The room was very nice and clean. Everything was nice and clean. There was no remote for the TV but I went downstairs and they gave me one for the TV. The breakfast was good. Coffee was good. It’s quiet. We only stayed one night, so it was good.

It was clean, and in a great location

The only surprise was that on check out day the door card stopped working exactly at 11:00 am. We had started putting our luggage’s in our car, went back to our room to get the rest of our stuff and the key did key card did not work… my son was in the room, so no problem… but I never had such an experience… I asked the desk and she said, yes, the check out is 11 and the key card is inactive… I did not like it…

Came to visit boston to see Ariana Grande in concert and staying here made my experience 100 x better! My room was so clean and very affordable! Service was 10/10, employees are so sweet and helpful as well! The location is only abt 20 minutes outside of the city which is great! & to top it off the complementary breakfast was very good, They had a variety of food to eat! It was delicious- thank you again!!

Shower curtain dirty and needs replaced. Sliding bathroom door that does not seal isn’t ideal unless you’re staying alone. Breakfast busy at all times. Staff working hard but 2 types of sausages and no hash browns or potatoes was a disappointment. Coffee needs to be stronger Toaster needs replaced as only capable of holding 4 slices and took forever to get remotely toasted. Doors slamming all morning .. how about and option to turn the knob from the outside so people can close there doors quietly - Woke us up both days. Dog barking one morning for about 15 minutes. Will not stay here again but doable if you’re on a budget.
