Bad service and not helpful

The laminate floor in the room did show some signs of past water damage, but it did storm one morning I was there and I didn't see any signs of any new water intrusion nor did I smell any mold or anything like that. The mattress wasn't great, but it also wasn't terrible - it was ok for the two nights I was there. I did see a single roach in the bathtub my first night, but no "roach smears" or any other signs of them around the fridge or microwave and the sheets and the rest of the room were overall very clean. Parking was convenient and the stairwells and elevator were well-placed and the neighborhood felt reasonably safe when I took my dog out to potty at night. You could definitely do a lot worse for the price! And I've definitely paid more than that for worse experiences at other motels in the past. Definitely would consider it again for another budget trip to the greater Detroit area.

The whole place smells like cigarettes and weed The AC was not working and they didn’t have paper towels toilet we had to go and ask for it

Had nice stay

Room smelled heavily of smoke. Poor maintenance overall through the property. Room was dirty. Wasn’t worth arguing. Just slept and left. Won’t return.

Room was filthy. Hair in the tub and sink. Old banana peels in the garbage and the nightstands and floor were dirty with visible I don’t know what. They changed my room, 2nd room was cleaner. Non smoking room that was heavily smoked in. Terrible beds with broken springs. Will never stay here again, and can’t recommend anything about it.

Main door was almost broken and didn't lock

I liked the environment! The room was clean and spacious for the price. The bed slept great! The employees were the best!

Area is not good only beds and restroom are good make you stay at your r---

It had a bed and the tv worked. Bedbugs, cockroaches, malfunctioning door, general uncleanliness.

I didn’t know anything about a breakfast

I had to wait to check in even though there was someone in the office sorting Sweet N Low packets. I kept saying hi I’m here. She finally attended to me and was very quiet I could barely hear her. Anyway, went into the room it smelled very musty and was very rundown. In the middle of the night I got up to use the restroom and saw 4-5 roaches scurrying away with one crawling up my foot. I stubbed my toe, trying to shake it off in the middle of the night. After that I couldn’t sleep, I ended up just sleeping in my rental car. I took pictures

Nothing Rude staff, Roaches, people drugged out and drunk. Will never stay here again.

My room wasn’t cleaned at all while I stayed there. I was never informed if I have to request it to be cleaned or if they would come knock to ask but none of it ever happened

Buttons on the a/c unit were broken off but it still worked well, even though some of the walls need repaired or replaced, the room was clean and the linens were clean, bed could have used even a thin blanket but there was none , just the sheets and a very thin bedspread, the road in front of the building was under construction so navigating into the parking lot was questionable however for the price it was good

The humidity is high hard to breathe.. I felt so stupid I did believe in pictures online before I booked.. Small insects

We left after killing 4 roaches in our room within 30 min

Night checking stuff sucks. Ac took approximately 3 hours to make the room cold. Washroom have no exhaust fan. Felt like sauna. Other than that room is clean . Good value for the room but no amenities .
