The fan cover in the bathroom was hanging loose, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, I was told it would be repaired the following day, which it wasn't. The only time I saw anyone was when I went to the location office. The faucet outside of the bathroom was so loose that I had to tighten it before I could use it. The toilet seat was very loose and looked like it had been chewed on by an animal and was also very slow to flush, and not completely when it finally did. Last but certainly not least, there were roaches. I only saw one, but where there's one there's more. I was very disappointed in the maintenance of the room and housekeeping never cleaned my room or replaced towels while I was there. Unfortunately I can't recommend that location to anyone.

This hotel is in a great area but for some reason looks, feels and has the atmosphere of a cheap inner city falling apart roach motel. Old, in need of repair and dingy shell with an interior room that had a air conditioner falling apart with no knob, broken shelf and dirty rusty tub and shower with baseboards on the floor coming off the wall. A remnant of a roach or some kind of insects leg was firmly planted on one of the walls. The beds were semi stained and had cheap sheets, felt like a cardboard box. My back ached for a day after. The pillows were like water logged bloated floating goats thick. The tenants were just as questionable. Our neighbor smoked a b_ong on outside next to our door. Dogs are allowed and heard throughout the night and day at the property. The service was broken English, mumbling and rudeness as she talked on the phone engrossed into her conversation as we check in haphazardly. It was conveniently located and exactly what I would expect from a $50 to $60 room. Here is my review but I should have known better.

N/A I booked the room for my nephew who had just recently became homeless, I called the front desk asking if they could tell me if he was still in the room and was okay. They wouldn't tell me anything, the following Monday they found him dead in his room.

Front desk lady was extremely rude. Room had an A/C that blew hot air.

I will never return to this hotel. I was disgusted when we entered the first hotel room the air conditioner didn’t work then when we got a new room there was someone else’s hair in the bathtub and the room just reeked of smoke. I had to go buy an air freshener, and that still didn’t help the TV only partially worked and we had someone come in and look at it and then in the middle of the night it died.

* **Compromised Room Security:** The most alarming issue was the condition of the entry door, which clearly looked as though it had been previously kicked in. The visible damage left the door structurally weak and insecure. As a result, I spent every single night in constant fear that someone could easily break in, which completely ruined any sense of safety or peace of mind. * **Unacceptable Hygiene Standards:** The cleanliness of the room was highly questionable, specifically due to a roach infestation. I repeatedly observed roaches crawling around the bathroom and the sink area, which is entirely unacceptable for any hospitality standard. * **Inoperable Amenities:** On top of the safety and pest issues, the television in the room was completely non-functional, meaning basic advertised amenities were not provided. A room should, at the bare minimum, be secure, clean, and functioning. Only highlight was the staff.
