The staff was especially helpful, polite and accommodating. The only thing I would say is the ice machine on the floors eere not working,forcing me to have to go to the lobby to get ice, but even then the front desk staff was very polite. It was a very pleasant stay.

Great stay. Staff was wonderful and the room was great. The only thing is that I had to move my overnight stay by one night and was forced to pay for a whole other night. And the Wi-Fi that I paid extra for was terrible and unusable.

But the main lobby was well maintained, nice seating areas that my family hung out in. The front desk staff was really great. Nice options in the pantry store. My family also made use of the inner court yard, that was a nice little area for the kids to play.

The room was beyond disappointing. Water damage all over the ceiling, bathroom tub was peeling, stains on the floor and to top it off the whole hotel lost power. It was unfortunate because the only reason we stayed the night there is because we had an event the next morning. I reached out to the property and have not heard anything back.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel due to multiple issues, primarily poor customer service and lack of basic amenities. Throughout most of the night, the electricity went out, which made the stay extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so even basic things like showering were not possible.

To their credit, the staff handled the situation quickly and reassigned me without issue. The second room was much more in line with expectations and overall comfortable. Beyond that initial hiccup, the hotel itself was pretty standard for a Courtyard. It met the great baseline I expect from the brand. The HVAC worked especially well, which made a noticeable difference in comfort during my stay. Overall, while the first room assignment was concerning and shouldn’t have happened, the staff’s responsiveness helped recover the experience. A fairly average stay with one avoidable misstep.
