With no offer of compensation. Im tired of corporations acting like the customers are not important. Trying to squeeze every dollar for their shareholders. This isnt the forst time ive been dissatisfied with the hospitality industries. Its going down fast.

At one point while speaking to Expedia on a phone conversation I was letting expedia Expedia know about the bad service, the staff at the hotel started screaming at me for mentioning that this was the worst hotel I had come to. I will never recommend booking anything through Expedia or use Holiday Inna as a place to stay at. These site are scams as far as I am concerned . This is my second Incedent with Expedia.

Our keys keep not working. Restaurant/Bar is only open at certain times. Pool wasn't open until our last night. Corners of the shower had soap scum build up. Staff was extremely nice tho. Food was good.

Location and cleanliness Bed was hard and night clerk was constantly in office watching videos loudly and I couldn’t get her attention

Hotel stay was ok, but not what I expected. Construction was going on my floor.

The rooms could use a refresh! However; the bed was very comfortable. Which is a surprise for a hotel room!

How clean the room was! The staff are very friendly and courteous! The ice maker didn't work on the 5th floor! But the hotel is very nice and comfortable and clean!

When I arrive into my room, there were wet stains, are ready on the couch. The couch was terribly filthy stains that look here for years after I voted things on the couch I went to look underneath the sheet and the mattress there were red spots on the mattress, a nasty piece thing on the mattress. I did go down to the host of staff and let them know they were not.
