Poor customer service and unclean area, especially outside the building. Although every room has a no-smoking sign, there was still a strong smell of tobacco and marijuana. There is also a big sign indicating that pets are not allowed on the property, but I couldn't fall asleep because of dog barking all night.

I had never heard of sonesta so I was a little nervous but SO glad I went for it. The staff is wonderful!!! The room was more than adequate for our purposes, spacious and well stocked. The breakfast had enough options that unless you are determined to be displeased you will be able to find something to fill you up. The fitness room is small but has everything for you to get in a nice workout. At night, the entire premise is VERY well lit which is nice since it is set up more like apartment buildings than a typical hotel. The area is also safe as the police department is right next door and you are within walking distance to the civic center which has a splash pad in the summer and fun family events. Would certainly stay here again!

Cleaning was half ass shower didnt work did not smell clean at all floors was nasty

When I come in room I smell pets pee and poop on the carpet . It’s bad order . Buffett not good .

The location was good, breakfast buffet was good but you do get sick and tired of eatting the same food. When you walk in the room has bad smell, the carpet was very dirty, you can see lots of stain. The sofa bed had stain as well and it was very uncomfortable. The main door wasn't locking correctly. There isn't any security camera on the hallway.

Spacious room with separate LR and BR areas, and functional kitchenette. Very safe with the city police station close by.

Overall a great location. Loved the layout of the room we stayed in. The pull out couch is horrible even for sitting on. The hot water didn't work in the big bathroom. Rats running around outside our door at night. And the woman who checked me in when we arrived didn't have any manners.

Not the friendliest of staff, but did their job. Room had about everything you could need for a short stay, Refrigerator and microwave were clean, one of the burners one the stove was a little funky. Clean bathroom, broken sliding door handle. They always seem to save the rooms right by the elevator for hotels.com bookings. Nothing fancy, worked for me

Worst trip ever loud rooms dirty no towels breakfast was burnt and overly cooked bathroom dirty tv broken couldn’t even stay the whole nights

Check in was extremely busy , only one worker at the time, our room was clean but the air conditioning didn’t work, it was 87 degrees in our room, had to wait almost 3 hours for someone to fix it, next day couldn’t get breakfast because they were short staffed and ended breakfast an hour earlier
