Bathroom was filthy, kitchen floor coming apart.

The front desk lady was not professional or kind. My other experiences there had a gentleman working the desk and he was amazing! I've stayed several times, this was the first time I had the lady at the front desk and it was a poor experience.

Unorganized, room wasn't ready for check-in even though it was 8pm.

Very nice had a wonderful stay

Great location and room was a suite for 4 days..great accommodations and price was great.

Love staying here. The breakfast was okay it wasn’t the best.

Only issue i had was some people live there. The room above me had little kids living there that kept running and jumping all day and night

And while I don't mind people smoking pot, I know it's legal in Michigan, I would have been a little upset if I had a young child with me, and they had to see people just sitting on the staircase smoking a joint. There was one guy in particular that sat on the steps on the second floor (outside) smoking a joint in broad daylight. If he had been in the little smoking section, it wouldn't have bothered me at all, and honestly, it didn't bother me other than to think the person in particular was not raised right. Have some common decency. Additionally, the kitchenette had no plates, paper or otherwise. Would have been nice to have since we ordered a pizza, and had nothing to eat it on. The thing that really bothers me the most is the deposit. You already have our credit cards on file. If you discover damage in the room, contact the customer, let them know and then charge the card for the damage. Don't take $150 up front, and not even be able to tell me when I'll get that refunded. I offered to pay cash instead, and she said they don't allow that. I don't like this policy.

The stay was amazing the staff was great very helpful accommodated everything from sheets to breakfast the rooms and overall hotel was clean totally 5 stars

I couldn’t get the tub to turn on only the shower. My room was located right next to the basketball court, and the kids were out pretty late and very early. One of the garbage cans did not get emptied before I checked in and the reception for the TV was horrible.

We came to Warren to visit the GM tech center. The hotel is directly across the street! Everything was clean, good customer service at check in, it was good spot to stay for the night. Bed was comfortable, wish they offered King beds but only queens are available that I saw. Breakfast was fine, coffee was good. No complaints at all!

The breakfast and the esthetics pool area, basketball ball court etc. I requested a balcony room, and hey told me which room to book. No balcony. Goes back down to let them know but they couldn’t provide me with what was promised. That’s THE main reason I booked there

Nothing Old uncleaned room. Many equipments not working properly . Ventilation not working emtremly hot

Breakfast was good. Plenty of 'fresh food.' The kitchen and eating areas were very clean! Suite (#921 for my wife's birthday/Mother's Day) was exquisite. However, the check-in process was substandard! My wife sat patiently as Tierra, @ the front desk, attempted to allow us to register. i called American Express several times and was told, "Your card is good." Long story short, Orbitz delayed our stay for nearly 2 (two) hours. I want Orbitz to compensate us for the delayed check-in on 5-9-26. Orbitz was the unprofessional vendor- not the hotelier.
