Bed was comfy Very raggedy and outdated. Things broken in room

Nothing but the staff was very welcoming The room was not like the pictures on the website or like any other Sonesta I've stayed at. Spider webs with dead bugs, broken table, no fireplace and room had funny smell

Everything way better than Birch Suites staff way better and has compassion about their jobs

The place could use some upgrades and a better cleaning service.

It was a beautiful room idea. Clean and pleasant The Tv had static lines running thru it so much it was unwatchable. The main door wouldn't lock at all. Cleark said no maintence staff was available to fix it. They offered me two other rooms but things were wrong in them as well...tv didn't work at all in one , toilet would't flush and the stovetop wouldntcome on in another. We had to leave and go to another hotel. Terrible

Quite a few channels on either TV did not work.

Rooms were clean. I was asked to bring my own soiled towels down in order to receive new ones. I just feel that that is unsanitary.

I liked the location to the where we were going. The staff was not very friendly. The property was not well kept. The room was a little smelly and all the furniture seemed old and smelly. Tops of tables were not wiped properly and were stained, the bathroom floor was gross, the kitchen floor was greasy.

Even though , the front desk staff was nice, property itself is very poorly managed. Laundry room is non operational. We rented 4 rooms on our way to overseas, and stayed there on our way back, just because we pre booked and were exhausted from an international flight. 2 of the rooms had no AC/heating, 9 out 15 people made it back home to Seattle sick. Won't stay there again.

Nothing The fact that people are hanging out smoking drugs..We had a handicapped individual and they had no handicapped rooms and getting up on the sidewalk to get to elevator was very difficult. Also they had us on 2nd floor and being in a wheelchair made it difficult for my sister to get around narrow areas on complex and through are to get to room. We will never stay there again or recommend to anyone..

The list of problems was endless. Staff wasn't helpful checking in and didn't explain anything such as where the room was. The pool was dirty, mold on breakfast items. They rent out rooms and the tenants were very loud. Now for the room it was outdated and you could tell they don't care about cleaning. Crumbs, grease, dirty q tip, cobwebs, ripped carpet. blood splatter on the door and wall. Microwave door got jammed and the smell was overwhelming and musty like mold. No central air or a/c

This place is dated and a dump! Furniture was old. The couch bed had stains on the upholstery. The carpets were stained and had some burn marks. The bathtub was rusted and missing porcelain. There was a huge black stain on the ceiling from the AC? You get what you pay for!!

My son room had bed bugs My son had to check out early cus of bed bugs

Horrible!! SO DIRTY! hair everywhere! Fridge not cleaned! A razor with hair on it in the shower! The shower was definitely not cleaned! Shampoo and soap everywhere not cleaned off walls! Bathroom sink was disgusting!! Never again! I know they are under new management!

It was a great stay and I highly recommend this hotel property
