The only thing I did not like is in the kitchen you can’t see if it’s on high medium or low. Also, the stove don’t have no degrees on it cause you turn it on you don’t know if it’s on 402 5350 so it was very hard to cook and that is the reason why I got the room

The bed was decent. The room was quiet. The front desk and maintenance personnel were friendly. The room had a kitchenette with a full size fridge. The elevator and hallways were dirty. The room light fixtures were missing light bulbs and one of the bathroom hinges was off the wall so the bathroom door wouldn't close. There was the previous tenant's soap bar in the middle of the bathtub - was the bathtub even cleaned? The walls needed new paint, the kitchenette cabinets looked 50 years old and the electric stove burners were all rusted out. No coffee machine.

I stayed on the third floor, and as soon as the elevator doors opened, I was hit with a foul odor. The carpets and walls were filthy, and unfortunately, the room was no better. The door to my room , 301, appeared to have been previously kicked in. There was no trash can in room, and the baseboards in the bathroom were warped from what appeared to be prior water damage. The nightstand needed cleaning, the chair was covered in dust, dead bugs and hair trapped in the crevices, and not to mention not all sockets worked. To make matters worse, the power went out around 3:00a and was still out when I checked out around 11:00a. No phone call, email or other communication was provided to guests regarding the outage. I was also surprised that there did not appear to be any backup power for at least the hallways and common areas. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not choose to stay at this location again.

The person on duty was extremely pleasant, helpful, and professional. Huge Suite The smell upon entering. The pictures online are rather dated and look very nice, in reality old sunken in couch. The luggage cart looked filthy The rooms are cleaned every 14 days A charge for a fresh towel Both washers were out of order, only one dryer was available Vending machine - $4.18 for one beverage

Room was dirty and the staff wasn’t available half the time I was there

Not only was I upset that my BOOKED and paid for room wasnt given to me, and I was given a filthy room I did not choose - the room smelled of wet animals and smoke. I flew in from out of state and paid through a third party so trying to get a better (available) room last minute was a headache. Not to mention the "manager" being rude and dismissive when my issue was brought to their attention. The front desk agent (Kathy) tried be accommodating if that's what you would call it. Next to cleanliness - they need new front desk staff and management. All in all this was a terrible experience and its so unfortunate given that I have been staying at this hotel since it was 'Studio Plus' in the late 90s, early 2000's. I will never go back here.

Was very pleasant

Nothing The room smells like smoke. Pillows and sheets stained. Bed bugs. Just nasty. We really had no choice since we have to be here for work. I’m pregnant. With a baby. Just nasty.

Just the location Didn’t like how the halls smelled like cigarettes, Bathroom floor was not mopped, shower and shower walls was dirty, refrigerator was dirty, backsplash for the stove was dirty, dishwasher was dirty,

The young lady at the front deck was nice . She understood when we didn’t want to stay . This place is run down . Dirty ! Our room was dirty . There was food left in the fridge and the light didn’t even come on . We didn’t even stay . We turned back around and left .

Dirty room.. misrepresentation of what I booked online. Burners on stove were rusted to the core. I left 2 days early and had to pay out of pocket for something off Airbnb.

Nothing it was terrible , the first room was absolutely disgusting.. the second room was slightly cleaner but found a dead roach !! Everything down to the Male Pubic hair in the toilet

Love coming here they always ready to fix your problem

Sheets and pillows cases had stains on them no help after 9 they close the front desk with a gate nobody comes back until 9 am the next day

When I got to my room the door was wide open and it looked like someone jimmied my door open.

I stay here a lot. My experience is USUALLY very pleasant. A woman was staying there with her 4 young kids. They were around 6 to 8 yeaes old. She allowed them to run through the hallways, screaming and banging on walls. They did it both evenings. The hotel staff did nothing about it. Also, this time, my room was filthy. Areas of the hardwood floors were sticky and there were crumbs everywhere. Kitchen counter was covered in potato chip crumbs, underneath the bed was an empty 2 liter bottle and an empty vodka fifth. Theres no way that room was cleaned after the last guests. Very disappointed.

My room didn’t have a shower head and had to wait 2 days for them to install it

When i arrived i notice the floor and hallways have not been vaccum ..trash was stacking up in the stairway then later the elevator was mopped but no sweeping was done.. it wasn't til my third day there a different lady show up and the place did a 360% turner around...

The room was not cleaned properly there was hair in my bed. Trash in the nightstand drawer. My remote didn’t work. And the couch bed was so rundown & broken I couldn’t even pull it out because it was bent outta shape.

Property was cool My room smell awful, you can smell smoke, soon as you enter, the windows was open, but the room still smell smoky bad
