Towneplace Suites by Marriott Warren

Close to GM campus, comfortable bed Original room was overpoweringly fragranced with a Febreeze plugin, so I asked to switch to a non-fragranced room. Second room had a damp smell and I soon realized it was because of a wet spot on the carpet. Third room was acceptable, although slightly damp smelling. The staff was helpful when I asked to change rooms due to these issues. The ACs in 2nd and 3rd room were also set to 50-something degrees - not the end of the world, but it would be easy to ensure the AC was set to a reasonable temperature before a guest arrives.

I had trouble with the tv staying in bathroom was very cold I didn’t get a showers

My room was dirty in area the bathroom had stuff on the wall.i was so tired I did feel like asking for another room it's was on of those days.so I clean it up an tryed to enjoy my stay with my family.sink parts falling of an the doors to the cabinets was all off lined an half clean

It was spacious Bed was hard as a rock. No bath tub no store close by only restaurants. $4 for a water at the hotel is outrageous

Very clean and respectful

Facility was clean and modern. Outdoor speaker was on all night and staff had no idea how to turn it off. Asked for water fountain and could not answer other than offering the ones being sold. I found fountain in front of the gym.

The staff was very accommodating but the room wasn't very clean. The dishes, floor and pull out mattress was very dirty. These rooms are often used by visiting professionals and they should never be this bad.

Everything was amazing! The breakfast was fresh, appealing and tasty! This place was exceptional CLEAN! It’s the best value you’re going to get. The gym has updated and operational equipment, the pool was operational and the customer service was excellent!

Nice suites

We had a king suite. It was very nice! Good sized room with kitchenette and sofa. Kitchenette had a 2 burner stove top, along with microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and dishes. Coffee maker, of course, and also a toaster. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as it was only a couple minutes drive to Andiamo Theater, where we had tickets to a show. Breakfast was included and also very good! There was a lovely looking pool and nice workout room available. Honestly, I can't think of anything I didn't like!

This was the dirtiest hotel I ever experienced. The floors were the worst part. There were obvious pet and throw up stains, and the kitchen and bath hadn’t ever been mopped. I know because I went and bought a swiffer and the wipes came back black after several were used. I was so disgusted I didn’t let my feet touch any surface. The towels had yellow stains and the kitchen had crumbs from previous guests. I had to sanitize the room myself. I should have checked out the first night but got a good rate on Expedia. This is not a hotel that should carry the Marriot name. The front desk staff guy wasnt helpful when I asked about switching rooms he just keep saying they were full when they weren’t because he wanted to watch games instead of helping guests. Terrible experience.
