Mosquitos flyings round the room without us even opening up the windows. Have a to wait to get into the garage area for someone to come open it and United a lot of money for the 3br and for it to only have ONE TV. That’s ridiculous. 5 people had to share 1 TV smh.

Best aparthotel in DC. Fast WiFi and friendly staff

The bathrooms: Hair was found in the bathtub and multiple other areas of the bathroom upon arrival. Living Area & Flooring: The cream-colored couch featured numerous stains and spills, and the area rug was similarly stained. Bedrooms & Furniture: The mattresses require immediate upgrading. Both mattresses were excessively squeaky and featured visible dips, and the 1st bedroom's bed showed significant markings. Additionally, the ceiling appeared to have undergone a subpar repair following a previous water leak. On a positive note, the unit was well-stocked with essential supplies, including dishes, plates, pots and pans, dish soap, and extra trash bags. Overall, the unit requires substantial improvements and thorough deep-cleaning before it can be considered up to standard particularly regarding the bedding and general maintenance. Management would benefit greatly from addressing these issues for future guests. My family and I however did enjoy our trip, the 6th floor view was stunning. The entrance of the building is absolutely beautiful I’ll rate this stay a 5/10.

Nice place if you are going to Nationals Park

The bed is pretty uncomfortable and was a big thing for me. Everything is clean, quiet, and nice. 3.5/5

The location was fabulous. We came to Washington to go to the MLB ballgame and it was just blocks away from the stadium. The staff was excellent -- especially Barry (our AC maintenance person)!

I liked how it was close to everthing. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a breakfast option.

There was laundry in the room, a full kitchen, etc. We were only there for a night but we could have stayed a week comfortably.

It was easy to find, very clean, felt safe and was walking distance to the Nationals Stadium! I liked it all!

Another feature we did not care about is the exposed A/C ductwork in the ceiling over the bed. One can hear the constant flow of air moving through the ducts even at the lowest fan speed, and they are right over your head when you are laying in the bed. A/C ducts should be concealed behind the ceiling drywall, at least when it comes to a bedroom in order to ensure a more comfortable sleep experience.

The parking. Make sure you reserve a parking spot. Booking. Com tells you don't need to reserve a spot. I had to park a few blocks down the road and it's a little pricey.

Absolutely no contact was able to be established regarding reserving parking and then later check in process. Reached out to property multiple times, left messages and had Expedia reach out 2x. The morning of checking I was finally able to reach someone. No parking was reserved, manager states he did reply to my messages however I have screenshots showing no response. Property is beautiful, apartment was very clean. Disappointed I had such a horrible initial experience.

Great area and great price for a night! Parking. But parking isn’t good anywhere in dc.
