Location to sights and free shuttle to wharf. Front desk staff not everyone was helpful. Need to offer more reasonably priced breakfast in sight.

The most frastraiting thing was no water pressure in the shower in room 12177. The HVAC fan was very noisy and needs to be repaired. The coffee machine wasn't working. It would've been nice to have a continental breakfast.

We didn’t like that the person that stayed in the room before us, set the alarm at 7:30 am & we had no instructions on how to reset/turn off. Also remote to tv didn’t work & we couldn’t turn the tv off.

Staff were super friendly, especially Walter in the lounge. The room was spacious with two king beds. The location was the standout feature for us as the Metro is nearby and we were able to quickly get to the museums and restaurants. So happy we booked this hotel!

The location was so good The room was so far from the lift. You have to walk like 30 meters

Breakfast at the hotel was lack luster. $30 for a mediocre spread, I would be better walking two blocks east and getting a breakfast sandwich for $7. Hilton is a staple in DC. I was blown away that the front desk couldn’t recommend a tailor to help with a suit repair. I called a hotel a block away, and they gave me a recommendation. Would I stay there again? Sure, only if the WiFi worked. I can deal with the lack luster breakfast and get in some steps walking down the street.
