Very clean room, new towels everyday, bed is always made. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food too!!

Great location to DC sites.

Nice Hotel. Great location. Few minutes walk from the National Mall. The price was great for that location. The only issue was parking when you get there. Valet parking is available though. Overall, it was nice place to stay and I’ll certainly stay there again.

La habitación y las instalaciones del hotel estaban impecables. Cenamos en el restaurante y también la atención y la calidad de la comida estuvo muy bien. Y la sorpresa de bajar la escalera desde el lobby del hotel sin salir a la calle y tener la estación de subte que lleva directo al aeropuerto... inmejorable. Volveremos.

Breakfast was great. Staff was amazing.

The rooms are large and the staff are amazingly friendly and accommodating. I love the pool view rooms and we had a lovely stay! We will highly recommend this hotel for all including families with children

The in-house restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. The food was as good as any we have ever had in a hotel restaurant. Our room rate included an excellent breakfast which we thoroughly enjoyed. Unfortunately, if breakfast had not been included in our room rate, we probably would have had breakfast outside the hotel, because the cost of the breakfast buffet would have been $83 for 2 adults and a child. We simply do not eat enough at a breakfast buffet to justify that cost. We found the dinner menu to be excellent and much more reasonably priced. Our only dinner at the hotel was excellent. The restaurant wait staff for all meals were excellent. I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I returned to Washington and planned my itinerary around the National Mall and Wharf attractions.

We really liked how close this hotel is to the Metro and the accessibility to so many activities we wanted to do.

Loved this visit! It was a 10-15 min walk from Mall and museums, 10 mins to great dining options at the wharf and connected to the Metro. This made navigating around easy, especially with a small child. The hotel itself was very nice and staff went above and beyond to help me celebrate my child’s bday.

Staff was very rude, and several didn't understand English well making communicating issues difficult. Very difficult to get to the property. The bellman was rude and acted like it was a huge inconvenience to get a luggage cart for us to use when we checked in. The breakfast buffet was OK, but every day they tried to charge us even though we'd booked with a prepaid breakfast option. WAY overpriced for breakfast. Was told it would be taken off our bill, but it wasn't and had to wait around for 15 min. before we could leave to get it removed. When we tried to leave, the bellman wouldn't even get us a luggage cart claiming they were out, so we had to make several trips to get all of our stuff out. But after the first trip down I looked over down the hall and there were several carts sitting there unused. The pool was closed one day because it was "too hot". And another day due to storm weather when there wasn't a cloud in the sky. And one day due to "air quality". Always an excuse. Motion lights in the bathroom turn off while you're in the shower after about 10 min, leaving you in the dark. Won't stay there again.

Beautiful lobby with fresh-fruit water available. Beautiful rooms. Convenient location. Pool hours could be longer.
