Hilton Washington DC National Mall The Wharf

The location between the museums at the Smithsonian and restaurants at the Wharf was very convenient. The staff was helpful. We used the valet parking which made parking easy. We walked to the Smithsonian and to the Wharf for dinner. The second night we had dinner at the Hilton because we we spent the whole day walking at the museums. On another day, we might have Ubered to the restaurant, but so many streets were blocked by the Freedom 250 Grand Prix that this didn't seem practical. It was nice to have food choices with a restaurant, a Starbucks, and a food court at the hotel. There is also a Metro stop below the Hilton.

Overall, the hotel was very nice. Great location. Well maintained. The only problem we had was accessing the valet parking. The GPS instructions were not successful in navigating us to the front door. We ended up driving in circles and mistakenly entered a public parking lot under the hotel before finally calling the front desk for help. The attendant had to give us turn by turn directions.

The Hilton was a great pit stop to heading home. Loved that it was close to every museum in Washington. Also, the restaurant bar & grill was amazing. The food was great, and the service was great. The hotel it self was clean, and the staff were professional. Would definitely stay here and recommend it to anyone visiting DC.

Convenient location, clean facilities. Good for a quick family trip to the National mall

We really enjoy staying at this hotel when we visit DC. Unfortunately, I think the valet scratched the rim of my tire.

The breakfast was phenomenal. The only suggestion I would have is to look at the prices for lunch and dinner in the restaurant. They seem to be really high.

The staff was very professional. The hotel was clean. Very convenient to the subway.

Nice and quiet!

Nice, clean, convenient location. The hotel is above Metro station and next to Big Bus headquarters. L'Enfant Plaza food court is right below. Short walk to the Wharf. Mainly quiet. Good service. Although, the bartenders do not know how to make specialty drinks, so I wouldn't recommend the bar.

Great location! Easy to get to the National Mall or the Wharf. Easy drive to drop our student off at Howard too! Has a nice buffet breakfast option and a rooftop pool and the staff is attentive and friendly. Will definitely stay here again. (Bonus the shampoos and lotions smell lovely!)

Will stay again

Staff was pretty nice. Room was amazing + they upgraded me to a better room with a pool view for FREE. There’s literally a Starbucks in the lobby… can’t get any better than that (AND THE COFFEE IS GREAT. The baristas actually wanna work). Definitely will be staying her again!

The refrigerator or microwave?

Room clean no odor. Staff helpful and nice. We recommend double king room. Valet was easy and convenient for a fee. Starbucks in-house was an awsome bonus. We didn't know until our last day that there is a food court on the lower level that had varieties of food and beverages. Only bad thing was our mini fridge wasn't working. Definitely stay here again. Great stay
