Great location for any visit to the DC mall area. Parking garage next door, just a block from the metro station, and walking distance to the mall and limitless museum and memorial options. Small convenience store on site.

When my wife and I visit Washington DC this is the only hotel we will stay at. Absolutely perfect in every way.

Everything was good room was clean staff was friendly. Room didn't have a hair dryer and breakfast was eh but the rest was good

The building needs to be renovated to match the staff. And add a microwave to the room.

Great location to National Mall and Metro!

Our room was clean and they made sure to we had a room away from train. We did not have a microwave in the room. On our way out to site see we requested one and the front desk made sure there was one in our room before we got back Bag check gentleman took care of making sure our bags were labeled and secure. (They will hold bags before and after checking in and checkout) The highlight was RICKY! The bestest concierge ever. So happy and you could tell he enjoyed sharing about the sites, where to go etc. He also knew the history and interesting tidbits. Every day we saw him we said Hi. When we were leaving, we were telling him about the trip and how much we enjoyed DC and also how much we enjoyed meeting him. His family was from SC must be proud. He waited with us to make sure we had a cab. Hotel was very secure and you must use a room card to use elevator and doors afterhours. It is in a safe area with National guard around.

Whole hotel needs a revamp.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very clean. It was so nice to have a restaurant in the hotel. It was located by most of the museums and monuments. Everything was within walking distance. We loved this hotel and would recommend it to anyone visiting DC. We will definitely stay here again.

Staff at the front desk were very professional, helpful, and courteous. They were the best giving us information to navigate our way around DC. We would definitely stay there again.
