This hotel is dated and not well kept up with. The location is great for some Federal business but overall not a great place to stay.

The room was good, it just smelled. The pool deck was great. The location is perfect. The best part was Ricky the concierge, he can answer all your questions, provides great advice and is very friendly.

I liked that they have restaurant and starbucks on location It was so loud and noisy! We were on the 8th floor. Both of our neighbors were very loud! You could hear everything. One of them even had couple of domestic issues. I would not stay here again.

The service desk employees. Kenny was awesome!! These guys up there treated my son an I like we belonged! I paid extra for a high floor but the view was terrible.

Location, in terms of the Mall, can't be beat. Free kids breakfasts. Very busy, very loud otherwise. Unless you like trains and train horns, ask for a room away from them.

The staff was very helpful and forthcoming with helpful suggestions. The room had some wear but was clean and comfortable. The location was amazing for the activities we had planned. Our son loved the small game area for kids.

Great location to visit all the sights. Within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to see.
