Residence Inn by Marriott Washington, DC National Mall

Family of 4 with 2 young children. We enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. Our room was very clean. The sofa bed could use a mattress topper but over all we were comfortable. The buffet breakfast was perfect and had a large variety to choose from as well as a juice and coffee station. This hotel was in perfect proximity for easy access to the Metro and less than 15 walk to different museums and shops. We will be staying here again in the future.

Everything good except car parking. It would be better if hotel provides valet parking as I was not able to park due to bigger spots were used by other small cars.

This is nicely located close to Capital Hill and all museums. Everything in walking distance. Breakfast is amazing. Don’t miss it. It nicely sets u up for long walks in Museums. You don’t need car to visit National mall. If u bring car.. be prepared to pay around 70$ for daily parking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and staff is very friendly. A nice convenience store to quickly get any thing you need..

The Residence Inn National Mall was a pretty good hotel. For the price I expected a little more. The hotel was clean, and the staff was nice and helpful. Our 2 bedroom suite fulfilled our needs nicely. It was a bit further walk than I thought, but it was a good location for visiting the Smithsonians and the Wharf. The breakfast area was a zoo. Sadly they only had waffles on the weekend. Our room needed some repairs. One thing was taken care of when I reported it. There was not an evening social as advertised on hotels.com. The gym was very good. The indoor pool was heavily chlorinated, and the room was extremely hot. Overall it was a good stay.

Stayed for one night to see a show in Arlington. Room was immaculate. Beds are comfortable, staff was very friendly, building was quiet. Would recommend!

Clean, safe, walkable, helpful and friendly staff. Very nice, spacious one bedroom suite. The free breakfast is one of the best I've ever seen.

The staff were outstanding, demonstrating great respect and kindness. I was particularly impressed by their efficiency; any issues we encountered were addressed immediately. If a direct fix was not possible, the team ensured we were well taken care of through alternative solutions. I would also like to specifically commend the Manager, Tracy. She was incredibly friendly and professional, and she stands out as one of the finest managers we have encountered in our extensive travels. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet location and would highly recommend the breakfast service to other guests. This has certainly become our hotel of choice whenever we visit Washington, D.C. Donovan I only had 1 issue with my a/c in my room but they had someone there quickly to try and fix it and when it wasnt able to be fixxed they had made sure my family was happy. The parking is a bit expensive but thats how it is in DC

The hot tub was luke warm and the $70 a day parking fee is outrageous!

We enjoyed our two night stay at this very convenient location. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was outstanding. Definitely will use again.

We had a one bedroom suite. The beds were great and my son slept on the pull out couch and never complained. The room was clean and the shower was great. The breakfast was very good each morning.
