This is a nice hotel. Rooms are designed to be compact but there are plenty of well appointed open spaces in the lobby.

Great location, ok price, but the rooms are like small cruise ship cabins! I wouldn't plan a stay over a couple of nights unless you are into claustrophobia.

The majority of the staff was very courteous and kind to us, except one bartender that was rude and refused to make mixed cocktails for us! She offered only beer and wine on Saturday night.

The staff are professional and friendly. In particular, Whitney was a huge help with securing an Uber for me despite all of the road closures. I needed to get to my start point to have the honor of running in the final segment of Relay for America. Whitney went way above and beyond. Outstanding.

They also use some kind of ventilation system that periodically smells of sewage. If you’re not in the room, you won’t notice it, but if you happen to be in your room, you WILL smell sewage!

If you're looking for personal service and hospitality, this isn't the place for you. The facility is clean and well maintained, although I don't like being hit in the face with a political agenda on every wall. I just want a place where I can rest and relax. The rooms are tiny, and I don't like feeling like the bathroom is in the middle of the room. There was no one in the lobby to greet us or answer questions when we arrived. The info on the ipad in the room said "Coffee is available 24/7" in the bar/cafe, so we thought it was free. Nope. There was no sign that said how much breakfast is. Since the a la carte items had prices and one case said "I'm not included with breakfast", we thought it came with the room. Nope. $24. The signs are cute, but I need them to be more informative. Location is very good, but I doubt I'll stay there again.

We had to book the room to be cleaned so everyday we booked a room cleaning. The room was never cleaned for our entire visit. We even went as far as asking the staff to make sure our room got new towels etc and it just never happened.

Everything was amazing. The only issue was that I was shocked by the size of the room. Smaller than expected but everything was great.

Our bed and pillows were heavenly! The breakfast was delicious. The only downside was that the grab and go snacks and soft drinks were very overpriced. It's a neat place to stay!

rooms too small, technology built in, but not very functional / practical. everything done by tablet, only one person down in main lobby who will most likely tell you to use the phone or tablet in your room to get anything.
