The bed and pillows were surprisingly great, and I especially appreciated the quiet cooling system. That’s something that can be surprisingly hard to find in hotels! The bar downstairs was busy and had a lively atmosphere. My only real complaint was that there was no coffee in the room, which I would have loved in the morning. Overall, a great choice for a solo traveler looking for something clean, modern, and convenient without needing a lot of room.

We had a great stay for the price, the location is great. The extra pillows were in a zippered bag in a drawer under the bed which we didn’t realize at first. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet which we should have added on to our stay. The bed was okay.

Very small room but nice hotel in great location

The room is small, but we actually loved it. Everything feels very new, modern, and clean. The smart features are especially impressive—the quiet air conditioning, automatic curtains, lighting, and other room controls can all be managed easily through the iPad. The hotel has a very modern and comfortable atmosphere, and the location is also convenient for visiting Washington, DC. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Good clean place with nice rooms. Small but knew that booking them.

Checking process was interesting. It is a self check in style which is handy especially when youve been traveling and you’re done dealing with people (which was my case). Then a bartender came over in the middle of my checkin and asked for my id and credit card. Gave it back and walked away. No please continue checkin- no thank you as soon as your done checking in you’re all set. So I was standing there waiting for 5 minutes and someone else comes up and asks if they can help. She just said oh you’re all set. So the process was a little confusing. Also, I do not remember any notifications or notes that there is no parking at the hotel. That was weird and confusing and trying to find a parking attendant at the time we arrived was even more challenging. The room is very minimalist as far as space. They have excellent design for the space. The only part I didn’t love was bathroom isn’t sealed off so anyone else in the room knows exactly what is happening. Which we all know but ignore it and this proved a bit challenging. Again, this is personal to us and most people likely won’t have an issue with this. Once past the initial hiccup everything was great! Bed was very comfortable, I love the blackout shades. Housekeeping, bar staff, even the guests were very kind. Location was on point. We love to walk and this hotel was right in the middle of everything. 10 minute to the Wharf which has excellent choices of restaurants, treats, outdoor seating, lovely location.

The vibrant/eclectic & modern styling of the hotel. The fun gadgets in room. The super easy check in process. The roof top sushi bar! Nothing. I loved it all. My 9 year old wanted to live there forever.
