Loved the view and location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The water pressure in the shower was too low.

The property is well kept and close to the main attractions in DC. There were issues with the elevators for our entire stay, it proved to be a difficult wait at times. Otherwise, there were no major challenges.

Otherwise EXCELLENT. Great value, good condition, generous and tasty breakfast, nice rooms, and excellent location, walking to the Mall and the Wharf. Friendly staff, The breakfast crew was busting butt with grace to keep tables clean and available. A good fitness room, I'd stay again. Pro tip: Park across the street at 400 Virginia Ave to pay $22 instead of $55 /day.

Enjoyed the location and area of the hotel . The cleaning staff was amazing as well as the breakfast time servers . Just not a fan of the rooftop , beautiful view but not many options of food and confusing on how to order .

The bed was comfortable. and clean There were drain flies in the bathroom sink. Cushions on couch were stained. Carpet between the 2 beds was stained. The breakfast sausage was not meat and the eggs seemed to be powdered. Dinner choices were few. We were informed that several items on menu were not available. The rooftop dining was closed due to rain. we ended up with cheese pizza and a burger. Not the quality dinner we were expecting. The next evening we opted to eat elsewhere.

Had a great, short stay. Room was nice and clean with a good set up, including a little couch. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Didn’t stay long enough to really check out the amenities but I’d stay here again, especially to enjoy the pool and roof bar when the season is right. My only issue was there was an elevator down which made waiting for the elevators very long. Check in is on the 3rd floor and I couldn’t take the stairs to the 3rd floor from the lobby (door locked) so I just had to wait at the elevators for about 6 or 7 minutes. I was on a time crunch, so this was frustrating. But otherwise, things were great!
