Loved the location and the views and the great selection of restaurants nearby The bathroom was very small for a suite. The booking.com special of $300 per day to spend at the hotel was not Mentioned to us or reminded us much was disappointing. Also a couple added to inhaler on our bill that weren’t accurate.

Room was clean and all staff were helpful. Great area to stay in and in easy distance of landmarks.

The breakfast was ok. I expected a little better. I did not know what was complementary in the room and what was not. Should be clearly marked.

Perfect staycation !!. This hotel had great amenities, restaurants and bars. Will definitely be coming back.

Wow wow wow! I had an AMAZING stay at the pendry hotel. I went there alone for some much needed rest and relaxation, the way I like to spend my birthdays. It was simply the best hotel stay experience I’ve had in a long while and in DC. My room was clean and comfortable with view of the pool. What I can truly say made my stay that much better was the staff! Super helpful and friendly, as soon as I mentioned it was my birthday they pulled so many stops for me. Shawn brought me a bottle of champagne (my fave)! I then received some macaroons with a happy birthday message! When I called request items like an iron (my steamer was working) and a room kettle, everything was quickly brought to me by a very friendly face. The breakfast at their rooftop restaurant moonraker is very convenient although some choices were better that others (go for the waffle) and a beautiful spot with a wonderful view of the wharf. The pool was beautiful and clean, nice cool unique pool seats and lounging seats. The only thing that I found a little inconvenient was the parking and checkout process, because it’s a boutique hotel and only 2 staff at the front desk it gets a little crowded fast but honestly not a huge complaint for me. I was fine waiting a little longer because my experience was all around wonderful. Best staycation in awhile, I’ll certainly return to the hotel when I want a quick local and luxurious get away!

Amazing stay, clean room and helpful staff. Location is amazing

The property was amazing and the service as well as the staff amazing and the valet guy was great too. Overall my stay at this property was truly amazing. I will be coming back soon to enjoy this beautiful and amazing property. I can’t say anything that I didn’t like. Because everyone and everything was amazing, even the other guests.

The corner suite has amazing views and lovely decor. The staff were very helpful, turndown service and in-room dining was impeccable. The rooftop bar, downstairs bar, and poolside lounging were a perfect summertime vibe.

Unfortunately I can not rate the property because while we were on our way there they cancelled our reservation stating they were overbooked. We had a sunset cruise booked and dinner reservations for my husband’s birthday and the hotel that was offered to us was not near the waterfront at all, ruined the evening.

Amazing experience! It was such a getaway

The property is in a great location. It is clewan and well appointed although the rroms are very small. The front desk staff was not very welcoming. I mentioned that we were locals but were going to be staying at the Pendry in NYC next montyh and could have cared less I dont think either one of them smilled once. Bell men were friendly. The manager at the pool was fantastic! She was what we are used for a high end property. She was attentive, anticipated our needs and was friendly and kind. Sad to say that compared to the rest of the staff she seemed out of place and should be at a Four Seasons or Aman property. Won't be coming back.

Second time we have been back here and were very excited to come back. It did not disappoint. It has to be one of the best hotels in DC. Has good old fashion personalized service that make all the difference. You can tell by the small touches and quality finishes around you that this is a special place. Highly recommend over any other option.
