Hi it wad my first time staying with my family at this property, overall it was really great. Location was the best but every staff we encountered from breakfast staff, housekeeping and front desk, everyone were super nice, informative and friendly. Our floor had couple people very drunk and loud past midnight in the hall way but it was brief and pretty well soundproof. I would recommend it to anyone and personally will like to visit again!

Our stay was amazing! This was our first trip to the Hyatt on the Warf in D.C and the staff was amazing to us. The suite we stayed in was clean, beautiful, and exactly what we had hoped for to celebrate our special occasion! We will look for Hyatt hotels in the future when planning our trips!

While the property overall was clean, our room was not: it had sticky stuff on the floor and a bobby pin on the floor. Family in the other room had to be moved due to a sewage odor. That said, the location is nice, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, helpful and competent.

The Hyatt House was an excellent place to stay for 5 days. Very clean, helpful staff, perfect location at the Wharf. You just go downstairs and there's so much to do and places to eat. Breakfast was great, with lots of choices. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit DC

All service is great except separated odd garage parking fee expensive!

Great location! We spent a night here for a concert. We were able to check in early and quickly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. All staff we encountered were very friendly. Will definitely come back to this hotel when in the area!

Booked this hotel for a long weekend visit to the area. This hotel is in a very, very loud part of DC. One of the loudest hotels I've ever stayed at. The valet was completely overrun and wasn't available to park my car. Not an ideal stay.
