The hotel was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn’t like the cabinet that the TV was on bc it impeded the flow of the room and the lighting could be brighter.

Difficult location given the crazy and unpredictable road closures, but that's not the hotel's fault.

The hotel was wonderful, everything very nice, clean and close to the best amenities. There wasn't a single thing we didn't like; the hotel was truly perfect.

The check-in was a little difficult. Had to wait in line twice. The area was a little disappointing. There are plenty of really good restaurants, but the area had beggers, pot-smokers and questionable characters.

We had a great sta, the hotel is very nice and walkable to lots of museums and monuments.

Great hotel near to everything. Room was large and clean. The location was excellent and the pool had a great view. Staff was really helpful and when we had a small issue with streaming from the TV they came up and worked diligently to fix the issue. would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed the location and the modern rooms I also enjoyed the I got charged an extra day for valet and an unexpected charge for something that never got clarified to me. I called and stayed on hold for and hour and there was no attempt to call me back I had 3 different bill amounts that differed from receipt and what actually was taken from my account.
