Easy to get to the music venue from hotel. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Staff was polite and helpful. Parking was expensive $60+ per day. The room at The Rose casino was nicer and half the price…parking there was free too.

Didn't fully clean our room one night but the breakfast was good, the bar had good drinks and the location is wonderful right on the Potomac.

The hotel and Hotels.com each blamed each other. So beware, that if you book via Hotels.com, their system may not talk to the Hyatt House system...and you could show up without the rooms you thought you booked. That you had confirmation for. And each will point at each other to avoid blame or having to compensate.

I thought we were getting a river view like the photos but we got a water view because of where the room was. Valet is hard to locate with traffic and it raining and location of hotel is in the alley which you know because they have a huge sign for it but valet is way before then. Very friendly and kind staff, specifically the waiter staff at breakfast.

Wish they had a hot tub. Rooms were a bit small. Parking very expensive. But breakfast was great. Service was great. Facility clean

Walking distance to Freedom Mall Also shuttle service available Good breakfast included Safe , many dining options at wharf steps away Room was spacious and bed was comfortable highly recommended, also not far from DCA airport and nearby Metro .
