Disappointing. No maid service. You need towels, ask at front desk. Want your bed made, do it yourself. No breakfast included as shown on Expedia. No more IGH for me. No more Expedia for me.

Great free laundry, spacious units, clean The lady at check in was terrible. All other staff fab. Keys didn’t work, no hairdryer and the bedding for fold out couch didn’t fit. She refused to come and check items in the room with me and I was literally running back and forward to reception. All other ladies on reception fab

Regardless, the staff was friendly and helpful. What was uncomforable about this hotel were the accomodation. The bed had a huge dip in the center and we could not get comfortable. The air conditioning is loud...really loud. Both these things led to neither of us getting a good night's rest for 3 straight nights. I probably would not stay at this hotel again.

Was never able to check in because front desk didn’t know their password so we had to find a 3rd hotel to spend the night. The front desk clerk was rude, disrespectful and refused to help

Room was fine. Beds were not particularly comfortable, and despite using a filter to find hotels with free breakfast, the hotel didn't have a free breakfast.

My suite was spacious, clean and well accommodated. I will be staying here again next year.

the window sill was so dirty just covered in dirt and there was an empty box of tissues in my room. $170 for this. and they’re understaffed. where is all that money even going? what a joke. it just goes from bad to worse: getting into bed and there was a hot fry on the floor next to my bed. before i said this was bad but this is actually pathetic. i went to the front desk and while Janet was very nice she said very firmly she could not move me to another room. if i had paid $100 for this room i might not mind. but i deliberately picked the more expensive option because i wanted a comfortable mattress and they couldn’t even get that very basic thing right. this hotel is a scam.
