Convenient for the price
-
Clean and comfortable
-
Conveniently located right off interstate with McDonald's and waffle house right next door.
-
They need to update the website and pics. There is no pool anymore and continental breakfast is lacking.
-
Sad options for breakfast. Bad color and design. The gray/ green paint on the walls made it feel gloomy. Dark hallways.
-
tub dangerous, slippery, reported
-
The room was clean and comfortable. Coffee maker and ice machine are centralized to first floor only, which I think is smart
-
Customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Sheets were not clean, extremely foul smelling room. Bathroom was full of other guests hair.
-
Hotel and staff were excellent. Breakfast was extremely poor. Very little selection. I didn't bother even going to it most if the time.
-
The staff were so helpful and courteous. Very well located. Only draw back is the breakfast is some what lacking.
-
Basic but appetizing

Very minor suggestions: boil your eggs in an instapot for easy peeling OR ELSE poke a pin hole in fat end of each egg when boiling. Same result. AND invest in a bagel slicer.
-
No grab bar in the shower; only outside of shower but otherwise a fine shower No coffee in room No drinking glasses in room No bread to make toast but 3 toasters and peanut butter for bagels? Hard-boiled eggs still had shells on them and were difficult to shell

The hotel was clean and exceptionally nice. There was a sticker on the mirror that stated the rooms were cleaned every other day. We ran out of toilet paper and I went down to the front desk to ask for more because our room never got cleaned. The front desk clerk told me if I would scan the QR code, it would tell me they only cleaned every 3 days. The sticker on the bathroom mirror literally stated the rooms were cleaned every other day. Also, when I reserved the room, it stated there was an inside pool with pictures of the pool. The location does not have a pool.

The property was fine and I would probably stay at this hotel again and have no hesitation recommending it. However I will never book with Expedia again. I had to change my dates and rebook, they added an extra 80 dollars to the price of the room for rebooking. Absolutely disgusting.

Front desk ladies weren’t very friendly, a smile can go a long way. Overall the hotel was nice for the value. Negative review because on Expedia it shows a pool but there is not one. Breakfast is nothing fancy no hot food but if you need something quick they have a few choices. Bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt and instant bag oatmeal. Room was clean and air conditioning worked great. Great large walk in shower.

This was a good hotel for one night and for the price.
-

The person working the desk was not cheerful at all.she didn’t smile and acted like a robot. The fire alarm went off about 330 in the morning and continued off and on throughout the morning. Didn’t get much sleep. The continental breakfast was a joke. Boiled eggs that the sheep’s came off with half the egg. Cereal and bagels. At least the coffee was hot. Nice rooms very clean the gum was 2 treadmills and some dumbbells . Over all maybe a 3 out of 5 . I’ll never book there again.
