The staff was friendly! The breakfast was awesome. I loved the bacon and the fresh citrus water. The hot tub jets could be a little stronger!

2 days. Indoor pool area was clean and relaxing. Only problem was the hot tub in the pool area didn't have the bubbles working. That was the only issue for the stay. Friendly staff. Pleasant breakfast. Excellent coffee.

When we first checked in we were told that the hot tub wasn’t working. The whole reason we spent more money to book this hotel was to have a pool and hot tub. That should have been listed when booking that the hot tub wasn’t working! Then when we went to go to our room they have issues with the doors sometimes where they can’t open properly. The front desk was amazing and showed us how we could “jimmy” the door open but it was somewhat of an inconvenience when only 1 person was able to figure out how to get the door open! Everything was clean, breakfast was good!

The breakfast is always very good, and well appreciated. The location was great for our trip to the Meadows to watch the horse racing.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. They have a very nice continental breakfast. Enjoyed our stay very much. Highly recommend.

Room was very spacious as we booked room with "extra floor space" for 5 people. Beware of the misleading description of the "sofa bed". It's just a couch, NOT a bed. Website said room can sleep 5, but that's not true unless someone would want to sleep on a small couch with no additional blankets or sheets. Staff was super helpful and friendly, the lady working night shift provided us a bed for the night, which was a great help. Room had a stink and I requested to change the room. Front desk staff showed me another room but it was no different, I was happy with staff going extra mile to help out even though we couldn't find a better room. Breakfast was great, a lot of options and very clean.

Location The floor of our room was soaked. We had to change rooms. The 2nd room had a shower/bathtub that was pretty mildewy.
