Great location near the casino and close to EQT park. Rooms are spacious and clean, staff was busy but efficient

Staff was very courteous and pleasant. Room was good Not the fault of the hotel but their systems were down therefore could not verify our reservation or administer room keys. We were basically prisoners in our room and only one could leave at a time or we'd have to track down the mgr to get back into our room.
