As a single traveler I felt safe

Started with the front desk staff not being knowledgeable if our booking included breakfast. Once we got to our room, found out I was given only 1 key card knowing we had 4 people total. The bathroom had no soap, no body wash, only 3 towels and the hair dryer was hard to locate. When I asked for the items missing in the room, I was told they’re still waiting for body wash shipment. For breakfast, the menu was limited and the food was not good, definitely not worth adding knowing there are food options right outside the hotel. The floor we stayed at was also noisy late at night. This Courtyard Marriott does not meet the standards of the typical Marriott hotel I’ve stayed at in the past.

Everything was fine except that the sink in the room did not drain (or drained vey slowly). I'd stay again, but hope for a little bit better quality control.

The staff were fantastic. Aaron, the manager made sure our stay was stress-free and comfortable. Melissa was a pure joy to be served by in the mornings and afternoon. Heather and Jordan took great care of our booking and anything we needed. Will start here exclusively, again.

Since booked with Booking.com, we were not able to change 2 queen beds to 1 king, which was available. The refrigerator was not secure and we were unable to close all of the way, until we realized that it was sliding all over The little ledge seprator between the microwave and the bedroom was pretty dirty Thow shower was so difficult to turn on, we almost thought it was broken and we would have to call for repair
