Great staff

It was a very short, one-night stay. The person who checked me in was very helpful and obliging.

While the hotel itself was top notch, the beds and AC were very lacking. Our queen beds were very very uncomfortable, very noisy when getting in or out, waking the other occupant every time and had a massive hump in the middle of the bed making it impossible to get comfortable. The pillows basically went flat once your head hit them. I feel like hotels should make comfort in the rooms top priority over a beautiful courtyard, breakfast room and decor. The staff, amazing, every single one we came in contact with!

Convenient

If you stay at this location be aware there are no safes in the room. You can request a safe deposit box but depending on which staff member you talk to you may be told they don’t have them. Also they only clean your room if requested 24 hours in advance. This is not posted anywhere you only find out when you ask why your room wasn’t cleaned. There also are no usb ports in the room. We did find one staff member that was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help.

Just about everything was great. The negative was there was no one to work the bistro so there was no breakfast. Don't believe there was food or drink service all day.

Super convenient for shopping at the Tanger outlet stores. Restaurants very close by Casino 2min away if you’re into that. Very quiet location.

Staff at the front desk were great. Everyone that works there is really friendly. I needed a getaway to relax and that's what I got. Can't wait to go back.

Just so so. Amenities were pretty much non existent. I will say the beds were absolute heaven as far are comfortable. Would not stay there again. The employees were very nice.

Very clean hotel and friendly and professional staff

This explanation was unacceptable. We reserved and paid for a specific room type in advance. The failure to honor that reservation is a clear breach of the agreement under which we booked. Additionally, the room itself was unclean. The chair and the wall behind it were soiled with dried residue that appeared to be mucus. The rollaway bed provided was so uncomfortable that our son was forced to sleep on the floor. We were charged the rate for a larger, more expensive room type while receiving neither the amenities nor the basic cleanliness we reasonably expected. This experience fell far short of the standard of service and accommodation we anticipated.

Hannah and Nathan went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their exceptional customer service truly made my stay stand out. I really appreciate all of their hard work and kindness. Because of Hannah and Nathan, I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service.

the price was affordable and the place was very nice .. in town to look at some houses then drove home . just a quick trip . and this place was perfect for that . and the water pressure in the shower was much better than at home .
