The property is undergoing new renovations. The rooms are spacious and upgraded. They’re very nice. The outside grounds are not the greatest. The property has so many potholes that are hazardous. This needs to be corrected. Immediately. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. It’s a good location.

We had a terrific stay at Doubletree. The staff was very friendly and our room was clean and quiet. Nicest hotel I have stayed in in Pittsburgh.

Good value. Clean comfortable bed. Easy 25 minute drive to Star Lake Pavilion for a concert.

As a realtor, I need to be able to work even on vacation. The wifi works fine until your spouse has a question, you leave your laptop to help, and your screen shuts down. You will have to log into the wifi each time that happens. Don't go to the bathroom once you start working!

Big truck parking was awesome. Beautiful rooms, the shower was amazing high powered and hot as hell. Comfortable beds, very quiet. Very dark in parking lot. Hard to navigate coming in for first time.

The staff went above and beyond to accommodate. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and nicely designed. Shower amenities were wonderful. The cookies...10/10 The hotel was under renovations which was understandable. It was difficult to navigate through various hallways and stairs to find the elevator, but once we figured it out, there was no issue. The fitness area had free weights, an assortment of treadmills, elliptical, and spin bike, but could have used a bench press or chest equipment. Vending was limited. Our phone didnt work, and internet/TV was spotty.

Upon check in, the attendant handed me the key cards, didn't give me any information. I had to look at the folder for the room number. I asked how to get there as it was on the 5th floor and we hadnt seen any elevators and had been up and down steps several times. I was told to go around the building to the ground floor through the glass doors where the elevator would be. We did that, no elevator, back up and down stairs, to finally find it was the large glass sliding doors, but a single glass door that was further down the hotel and surrounded by construction trucks. Some signage outside and inside would have remedied the situation and the review would be much better My checkout clerk was wonderful.

Friendly staff. Easy check in. Construction, good and bad thing. No free breakfast.

We stay here just about every year. They’re always doing upkeep & remodeling, which is a good sign. Love the shuttle to the casino, room was clean

The staff was great and friendly, she recommended a local chain restaurant to us that was super. The remote would not activate/turn on the TV in my room, 609. There was remodeling in the lobby, as well, that was not noted on the website. Overall though, our stay was pleasant and I would stay there again when in the area. And I would recommend this property to my friends/family.
