Nice stay

Even though I had a confirmed reservation, the hotel would not give me a room. Front desk claimed all rooms were full, even though there were only about 20 cars in the parking lot. The front desk pointed the finger at hotels.com and claimed no responsibility to the situation.

King bed mattress too firm for one of the guests, but everything else was great.

Did not like water leaking on bathroom floor from toilet, coffee not hot in lobby, toilet soooo low.

The location was perfect for our stay. The staff were nice. They have a shuttle that takes you to nearby attractions for free. The breakfast was over priced for what we got. We were charged $18 for what was mostly a continental breakfast that is normally included for free at many hotels. They also only had one server which made it hard to get drinks or anything extra that wasn't on the food bar.

We were only here one night. So we didn’t get to use any of amenities. The room itself was very nice. Clean, convenient, & plenty of space. We would stay here again.

I'm happy there was a room However there wasn't a bed spread to be found. When going to the staff they only had three sheets no blankets. Really hard to get comfortable in a bedroom with no linens

Wonderful hotel!! Our room was spacious and clean. The staff went above and beyond to accomadate anything we asked for. There is also a free shuttle service that will transport you to the casino and other places within a 3 mile distance. We would definitely reccomend this hotel!

Everything was great. We were able to take the shuttle to the casino. The room was clean. The bathrooms are little tight at least in our room but overall the room was clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was when I asked about buying the breakfast and taking it back to our room The young lady said we couldn’t do that. But other than that. We had a nice stay and the staff was friendly and helpful

Overpriced , they threw us on the 4th floor with a sick dog , staff was barely around to help, no carts to help us with the luggage. They were also paving the parking lot on a SATURDAY! Terrible planning in our opinion . We won’t stay here again. Really unhappy with this experience
