Staff and price were great! Didnt realize that front desk wasn't 24/7, no real lobby area and no ice machines.

Front desk clerk gave someone a key to our room walked in while me and wife was naked. All he said was my bad!

Microwave And small Stove - no pots or Pans - no night light - the walls were very thin and heard people watching tv or talking a lot - doors very loud closing but place was very clean -

wouldn’t know, went to check in and they weren’t open they said they are open 24 hours…..they are not we traveled all night just to have to go to a different hotel once they sent our call straight to voicemail

There was trash under the bed. The floor was dirty and not swept. And we had to go outside while the fire department check for a fire.

Very clean, but the walls are super thin. You can hear the person next door snoring. But considering the price, that’s fair.

Room was clean however i booked a king suite and was given 2 queen beds. When i went to the desk to question it no one was there.I left to go eat and when i returned the desk was closed off when i checked out at 8:00 the next morning the desk was closed off still.room had no coffee pot or hair dryer

This has been ONE of the best Hotels I’ve seen in such a long time. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly just an overall great hospitality and beautiful atmosphere and experience will book over and over again

We booked a king bed and didn’t get one.

Bare bones. No soap, facial tissue, etc. We had to move rooms because the thermostat is the first room was not working.

Very basic for probably long term stay with full frig / stove and microwave . No hairdryer body wash . Tiny shampoo if needed . Bed needed swept underneath. A leftover cheerio. Mostly clean though .

This is a relatively new hotel. The rooms were clean. Stay here two weeks. And continue on my stay for work and switched over just paying at the front desk. They gave me the same rate as Expedia was. I will say there isn't much for housekeeping going on throughout the week. But I am also an extended state customer going on 3 weeks here now. And probably longer. But they're always willing to help you out at the desk if you need trash bags or clean stuff. Overall good hotel. Nice little kitchen sink some cabinets refrigerator freezer. Also stove top. You all have to bring your own dishes or buy them from them. But I travel with my own.

Walls were paper-thin, you could hear the guests next door, including their morning alarm. No one at front desk from 2200 until 0900.
