Clean, friendly, good breakfast

Great location

The Rome was very clean. Staff was very professional. The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect. I recommend everyone go there.

Walking distance to Mac Donnell’s The bathroom. 1. The toilet paper holder was hanging out of the socket. 2 the toilet water ran all night. 3 the shower leaked while showering. 4.fake blackout curtains that you could not close, with only sheer material to cover the windows. . So much light shon into the room from outside huge bright lights that you didn’t need to turn on your own light. We couldn’t sleep without covering our heads. What a nightmare. Breakfast was OK. Never visit here again. Pictures lied.

Staff was excellent. There was a new front desk attendant being trained and they were both excellent. Property was very outdated and in need of a makeover. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable but I’m very picky with my mattress and pillows. Pool was nice, however pool room was in need of updates. Breakfast area, although small, was very clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Requested an early check in and they were very accommodating. Very enjoyable stay other than needing some cosmetic repairs and updates hotel was suitable for our needs.

Pool was to cold to enjoy and the ceiling in the pool area needs to be fixed. Looks like it is going to fall.

There was an order, like they put carpet over other filthy carpet. The fire alarm went off about 9 am on Sunday morning and everybody had to vacate the building. The fire trucks came and we had to wait outside until they said it was safe to go back in.

Close to the highway, rooms were clean and comfortable. Good breakfast selection.

It was literally a bed along my drive. Served its purpose well.

The hotel was clean which was most important to us. The staffing was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good also. We liked the fresh waffle maker. The pool was unusable because it was so hot. The temperature outside was 95°. The refrigerator had minimal cooling and the freezer did not work.

The toilet kept running the whole time we were there.

The receptionist did a great job explaining and was very courteous. The hotel was clean. There was mold in the bathroom above the shower. Peeling wallpaper, holes in the bathroom door. The beds and pillows were super uncomfortable.

Front desk was helpful and friendly at check in. The breakfast was good. The was a strange smell that appeared to be coming out of the air conditioner at the end of the hall on floor 3 outside our room 300.

Great place to stay would stay here again

Great staff and property ! Jacuzzi tub in the room made it awesome and very comfortable. There wasn’t anything to not like.
