Check in was a disaster

The manager Heather was in the same 2 spots every time we saw her, outside smoking or sitting and eating. Not to mention she was walking around in her socks, yes NO SHOES! Our bed was awful and super low to the ground. The pillows were tiny which is why there was 5. Our jacuzzi tub still had water in from before our stay. The staff just gave the impression they clearly didn’t want to be there, and neither did we. Our stay was supposed to be to be for 3 nights, we left the next morning early!

It was not clean and there was a huge burn on the carpet. It felt very dirty.

came in to visit with grandkids. tried breakfast, quick and simple, everything fresh and plentiful. good variety jumped in pool before we had to check out. deck and pool area clean. staff was friendly and helpful was happy with what i was there for. no complaints

You know, the place was exceptionally average. It could definitely use a facelift. But the staff was pretty good. I don’t know. I can’t complain much but just overwhelmingly average.

Room was clean. One of the better breakfasts I’ve had. No complaints or issues with this stay whatever.

The bed skirts very dirty. Peeling paint and rusty light fixture in bathroom. With that being said staff seemed very good. They were polite, courteous, and helpful.

Breakfast was great. The room smelled of mold. It was pretty clean other than the hair in the bathtub. Bed was comfortable. The room was pretty quiet. I don't feel like the room was overly clean but was good enough for a short one night stay.

Great room. Comfy bed. Hot tube was so nice. The key card reader on the door didn't work right and always to multiple tries and a few minutes to get in the room.

We found six bedbugs in our room! That should say it all!

The air conditioner ran all night long and it extremely loud and rattling. Wallpaper peeling in the room.

The Rome was very clean. Staff was very professional. The breakfast was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect. I recommend everyone go there.
