Very comfortable stay, and clean. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. Only downside was that both rooms I booked weren’t ready at check-in, and some amenities weren’t refilled.

There were stains on the sheets and when we asked for another set of sheets to be sent up the lady who came had an attitude with us and didn’t want to change them.

The hotel was very beautiful and clean! Easy to navigate and set up nice and cozy inside. Loved that they offered breakfast potatoes and oatmeal!

The bedding was clean but room in general could have been cleaner. It was a fine stay.

Clean room, convenient location and friendly staff

Further masking the reality is the fine, open-space design of the lobby and common areas. Everything is in order, clean …with chaos and management clutter concealed. Just absolute excellence everywhere you turn and staff smiles to calm and comfort you. Awesome place.

Separately, the lock on our door did not work correctly and housekeeping came in our room unannounced an hour before check out. We were traveling with a GSD and had the "pet in room" hanging on the outside of our door. Housekeeping did not even knock. They opened the door and started to enter before realizing we were still in the room. Luckily I was getting changed in the bedroom and our dog happened to be with me. Very unwise and rude behavior from housekeeping. The hotel staff could use a refresh on professional behavior.

Clean room, friendly front desk staff and delicious continental breakfast!

Breakfast was excellent. Good variety of cereals and freshly made items, eggs, meat choices, and potatoes with a variety of many other options such as yogurt, fresh fruits, etc. very well done. Person is charge was on site and very busy all the time. I thought the entry to the lobby was NOT a wow moment! The entry is one’s first impression. It was not so good at this property. It didn’t look really clean. Then there was the smell of cigarette smoke and a person present smoking and a large garbage can that looks as if it hadn’t been washed or emptied in awhile. Also, carpet leading into the front desk from the doorway was not clean and inviting looking. The debris there at night was still there the next morning when we were checking out.

The Bed was very comfortable No fan in the Bathroom

Room was not vacuumed, found food crumbs and chocolate, had hair on the bathroom floor, front not manned well. Breakfast was good.

Exceptional

Outside of building was very clean and welcoming. Inside was clean, and new looking, friendly staff. We had a room with two KING size beds (a rare find). Room was very well kept, breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold items. We would definitely stay again. It is also not far from the interstate!

Everything was great!

Second stay at this hotel and definitely wasn't as nice as first time. Front desk staff not welcoming. Both ladies weren't very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Bathroom offered no hand/body lotion. The carpet felt sticky. Will look at other options next time I am in the area.
