Excellent service and staff

Beds were very comfortable and hotel was quiet. Loved the fan system as white noise! Breakfast was very poor, cold cereal and no milk. Walls and ceiling were stained and chipped paint. Some outlets didn't work.

Just mediocre.

TV reception was terrible. The cable wire was just pushed into the wall. There were no glasses in the room to take medication or vitamins or brush your teeth. The carpet was dirty. Breakfast was a joke, often mornings we had to ask for the tables to be wiped off and for fruit and juice to be refilled so we could eat. Twice the keycard did not work, and we had to go down and have it reprogrammed to get into our room. No matter what we did the A/C unit ran non-stop the entire time we were there.

This place felt dim, scary, and cheap (which is why it was the price). The rooms were small. The bathroom had literal piles of dirt in the corners. The tub was rust stained and looked dirty. We were too worried to shower there. There were piles of mattresses behind the hotel building. When we first arrived to our room, the cleaning lady was sitting in the hallway outside our room with bags of garbage. The bags stayed in the hallway for several hours after. We only needed a place to stay for the night otherwise this place would have never been our choice.

Great place for the price! Staff were friendly & check-in/out was very easy. Really good location, free breakfast & plenty of free parking. Room was clean & bed was very comfortable.

Beds were fine, it was a very affordable price at convenient location McDonalds, Taco John's , Walmart, Menards, Aldi, Goodwill and Savers! Would stay there again

Strong smoke odor. Blood drops on the carpet. Brown stains splashed on the ceiling. Words etched into the walls. Truly, I've been to haunted houses more pleasant than this hotel stay.

At first the room looked decent The rooms were not clean. Since I felt the room was dirty, everything else was affected. I wasn't comfortable and couldn't sleep, so I left before morning.

I really like the area Bolder's is located. I'm relocating to Waterloo for work & used this hotel while I searched for housing. The staff at check-in was friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and property offers free parking. This location is just off the interstate & the noise of traffic/trucks going by was no issue. They offered coffee, breakfast & WiFi. Would stay here again.

Honestly I was scared to stay here because at the time it was $41. But everything was great. The only negative was the breakfast could have been Alot better, but they really didn't have the room for more

Neither of the two lamps in the room worked. One little light above the sink. “Free breakfast” was some slices of bread for toast and a couple cereal options. But you get what you pay for I guess haha

The smell of smoking weed marijuana was horrible on level 3, room 116 smelled musty, the place was just bad! Wasn’t allowed to have a guest /friend stop by to visit.

Housekeeping never cleaned my room in the 3 nights I stayed there. I had to go to the front desk just for clean towels. Every night I had to go to the front desk because my room key didn't work
