The staff Josh, Courtney, Jonika went above and beyond for me (grandma)papa and the grands with our stay couldn't ask for nothing else with the service my family received. I wish every hotel was like this one all over the . Nothing ever thing was great

I only have one complaint...the insulation is not great between floors because the folks upstairs woke us at midnight and again around 5 am. They weren't intending to be loud I dont think, but it sounded like giants stomping around both times. The property was very nice otherwise.

Room was nice and clean. Shower was awesome. Lady at front desk was great. Bed was more firm than I like. It was like sleeping on a board.

Noisy refrigerator in room. Tv stopped working just prior to check out.

My key would not work I had to go down to the desk 2 times in a row to get it reprogrammed.

This was my first time staying at a Hampton Inn & it won't be my last time. The lady at the front desk, I think her name was Aila or Ayla, was so sweet, kind, & extremely helpful. She definitely started the stay out on a very positive note & it continued from there. Breakfast was delicious, the room was clean. It was a great stay.

the front desk lady named ejla not sure if its spelled right but she was amazing she went above and beyond, it was a horrible night trying to find rooms etc and she made it all happen. she was great and deserves recognition for her hard work.

Hampton Inn never disappoints. The area was safe, easy to find, great location, close to shops and restaurants. Parking was easy. The rooms are clean and large. Great customer service too. Breakfast was hot and had a nice variety. I would highly recommend this hotel.
