the front desk lady named ejla not sure if its spelled right but she was amazing she went above and beyond, it was a horrible night trying to find rooms etc and she made it all happen. she was great and deserves recognition for her hard work.

Hampton Inn never disappoints. The area was safe, easy to find, great location, close to shops and restaurants. Parking was easy. The rooms are clean and large. Great customer service too. Breakfast was hot and had a nice variety. I would highly recommend this hotel.

It’s was a nice stay and nice staff.

The hotel experienced a water leak during our stay which resulted in our bathroom light fixture to fill up with water to the point of dripping on the floor. We told the front desk and the manager came to the room to confirm the leak, but was no where to be found the rest of the night and there was no follow up. We went back down to the front desk and asked for a new room, but none were available. Throughout the whole process, not once did the staff apologize for the inconvenience and no attempts to remedy the safety/fire potential of having water in the light fixture. Then when we checked out, I told the front desk attendant the light fixture was fill with water and posed a serious safety risk. The attendant didn't make eye contact, didn't show any concern, and merely nodded her head. No apology, no sense of urgency, and I have no intentions of ever staying at this hotel again.

On top of that we were not told about it when we checked in and we were simply given a room key to a smaller room than what we booked. We found that about it onky after we opened our room. It was very much frustrating stand with our kids, to see the front desk not showing any concern for it and we were simply told they can’t hold the room for us. We had to wait for another hour for the cancellation to go through and we had to find another hotel. It was one of the worst experience we had at any hotel.

I understand being short-staffed at times, but after calling the front desk and going down there multiple times without any assistance is frustrating. We had an AC issue with our room. Only a fan was offered initially. And when we received the fan, it didn't even work. It took a lot of discussion to get moved to another room that could accommodate our 5 people. Ultimately, we resolved the issue, but it took a lot of effort and not a lot of cooperation from the staff to resolve.

Great stay with all the best shops and restaurants nearby, including the amazing theme park and water park.

The property was new or recently remodeled. The breakfast area was continually maintained in the morning. The rooms were nice and roomy. Mini fridge, microwave, and hairdryer provided. We were given two bottles of water in a bag at check in, which was perfect because the temperature was in the 90s and the water tasted a bit off from the tap. The rooms were quiet, even though there was a water skiing tournament in town. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.

We had two rooms reserved and one of them smelled like smoke really bad. Because the property was booked, we could not change rooms. There should be some kind of action that would help with the situation like this. Perhaps you keep a room until everybody has checked in and you know, everyone is satisfied. If you have rooms that still smell like smoke, they need to be re-done and the smoke smell removed.

They did not restock the breakfast. Coffee and cream were constantly out!!! If you didn’t get down there early you were out of luck😡😡😡construction trucks woke us up at 6:00 am 😡😡😡😡

Stains on pillowcases. Linen smelled like mildew. Pool had an oily film on it ...we decided to forgo a swim

Clean rooms! Bathroom sparkling and shower clean and shower curtain looked new. The a/c was QUIET, a surprisingly rare phenomenon in hotels. Bed was comfortable, sheets and pillows and surfaces clean. Excellent compared to far pricier hotels I have stayed in traveling across US. Easy on ramp to motorway within a 1/4 mile, which we never even realised was nearby it was so quiet. A pleasure to sleep there. Well done! Couldn’t find anything to say!

We had a king room and it was very spacious. Bed was comfortable. There was a little league baseball team there, but we never heard the kids. So rooms stayed quiet. Spacious & clean bathroom, too. Would definitely stay here again.
