Had ants in the room. Pool was closed for maintenance on a holiday weekend. Breakfast was good though.

We arrived to a musty/stale cigarette smell. My husband checked the air filter and it was completely dirty. The bathtub would not drain. We would have to take showers in 30 minute increments so the tub would drain. There was mold around the tub. The smoke alarm was not attached correctly to the ceiling. We also noticed chips on the floor that was left from a previous guest so it makes me think the room wasnt cleaned properly prior to our stay. The carpet was frayed and dirty. The tub did not look clean so I wore shower shoes. The door handle was not put on properly so we had a hard time getting the door opened and closed. When we returned from sightseeing, we came back to ants all over the dresser. I immediately reported it to the night shift manager and was told to speak to the dayshift manager who quickly told me since I booked through Expedia I would need to contact them. I am extremely unhappy with my stay and I would like a refund to accommodate to my families inconvenience and displeasure. We will not be staying at this establishment again.

Mold everywhere. Stinks like smoke (cigarettes and Marijuana) even when you get a "smoke free" room. Water damage on closet door. Dirty floors. Mold on drinking water containers. Absolutely do no stay here.

Breakfast was ok. Our entire room floor was wet! Water damage on all the doors and up the walls. Mold was 100% in that room, you could smell it. The fridge didnt work and the A/C didnt blow cold (it was also very loud when running) absolutely would not stay again. Very dirty place

Good area for shops and restaurants. No smoking property The hotel is outdated. Rust is on the doors. Never anyone at the service desk. Breakfast was minimal. Our room had an odor. We opened the windows and put a fan in to allow fresh air

Large clean room. Easy parking and great late night check in procedure. Very good complimentary breakfast and friendly staff.

It was in a convenient location When we got in that night, ready to go to bed, there was a large amount of water pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom. I went and told the front desk and she just said she would check on that. After gathering up all of our things from the bathroom, I went back to the front desk and asked what they were going to do about it and asked if they could give us a different room. She seemed flustered. She did give us the room next door.
