The entire time I stayed at the hotel they never changed my bedding!

We were not able to stay due to how damaged the bathroom shower was as well as the fact they could not switch us rooms or refund us. Horrible

We stayed for three days, and throughout our entire stay, our room was never cleaned. We were never given fresh towels, and the toilet paper was not restocked. It was very disappointing to have to deal with these basic housekeeping issues, especially after paying for our stay. Cleanliness and room maintenance are fundamental expectations at any hotel, and unfortunately, this experience fell well below those standards. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its housekeeping service so future guests have a much better experience.

Clean enough room. No ice buckets. One of the cabinet drawers came off when we tried to open it. There was old food and trash under one of the beds. No ice buckets which is crazy. The tub was very slick, I almost fell twice. The tub wouldn't drain properly. The corners of the bathroom were very dirty. Towels were great, very nice. We had a kitchenette with absolutely no dishes at all.......9

The bath tub was unacceptable

Check in was quick and efficient, the room was clean and met my expectations.

Clean and great parking space

Booked through Expedia and went to the hotel to be told that they didnt have the room i reserved. Expedia tried reaching out to understand the situation but the hotel wont communicate back. Recommended removing this hotel from expedia's listings.

Nice place to stay. Staff was really friendly.

Daniel at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful. Sadly the room had a funky smell, the floors were sticky, the TV in the bedroom was broken and not even the right TV, and the TV in the common room wouldn't change channels. Daniel did try to remedy it but wasn’t successful. Severely overpriced.

The suite itself is dated and the furniture is stained. The bed and bathroom were lean, but the sofa was disgusting.

The AC leaked all over everything and they gave no refund and couldn’t move me rooms

Helpful staff (Jackie) very friendly and she was more than accommodating even after a few hiccups. Door malfunction, network issues resulting in computer not able to process my conf # or take payment by card the suburban studios employee stayed cool calm and collect and all the while keeping a smile on her face making light of the situation. Exhausted from long drive up from North Carolina Jackie handled me the 1st time customer of Suburban Studios like a professional. Following morning I was created by management and once again treated so plea-sent I decided to stay over for the rest of the week. No pool at this location as

no breakfast-not even coffee everything-shower was not clean

The staff are really nice Rooms wasn’t the cleanest floors sticky , stove dirty Had to re-clean

Shower head leaked, carpeting was filthy and laundry was piled up in the dining area, so I checked out a day early and since I booked thru you the second day of the stay is non refundable not doing this again.

The aircon was not working properly, there was no maintenance and staff said no other rooms are available. They just lend us a fan. It was 80F outside and the hallway has better cooling than our room.

Never got the chance to experience it. Was told that I was banned from a property I have never set foot in before The front desk person was unwilling to verify that my address on my license did not match that of the individual who was actually banned.

Repairs are slow to be corrected
