Sheets, towels were clean, but the floors were terrible. I was walking barefoot between bed and bathroom, on both hard and carpeted areas, and my feet were black with dirt on the bottoms. Air-conditioning was not working properly. No swimming in the supposed pool. The pool area as well as the pool was being used to store old mattresses, old air conditioning units, tables etc. There was no mention that this hotel was obviously under some major work. Was cheap, wouldn't call it the worst I've stayed in, but very close. Will not recommend!

My door did not shut from hallway, had to reach inside to close; it smelled like wet dogs, laundry detergent machine had wrong product and staff had no way to accommodate my losses. Only clock was the microwave.

I absolutely have no regrets about staying at this hotel. It was a pleasant experience for me. I encountered no issues and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff and housekeeping were consistently nice and attentive. Thank you!

We were not able to stay due to how damaged the bathroom shower was as well as the fact they could not switch us rooms or refund us. Horrible

We stayed for three days, and throughout our entire stay, our room was never cleaned. We were never given fresh towels, and the toilet paper was not restocked. It was very disappointing to have to deal with these basic housekeeping issues, especially after paying for our stay. Cleanliness and room maintenance are fundamental expectations at any hotel, and unfortunately, this experience fell well below those standards. I hope the hotel takes steps to improve its housekeeping service so future guests have a much better experience.

Clean enough room. No ice buckets. One of the cabinet drawers came off when we tried to open it. There was old food and trash under one of the beds. No ice buckets which is crazy. The tub was very slick, I almost fell twice. The tub wouldn't drain properly. The corners of the bathroom were very dirty. Towels were great, very nice. We had a kitchenette with absolutely no dishes at all.......9
