Prove was better than most for it being Family Weekend. The curtains were stained and torn, built up first and dirt behind tables

Very good

Elevator broke, road tore up, no coffee maker in room. I have heard Holiday Inn Express is removing all coffee machines. HORRIBLE idea. Best Western Plus looks to be still providing better service. No coffee maker and promise of 24 hour lobby coffee was and is not true. Crappy decision.

Hotel was great, employees were very helpful. Road construction in front of the hotel, I know its not permanent but had to do some rerouting to get to the drive way.
