Elevator broke, road tore up, no coffee maker in room. I have heard Holiday Inn Express is removing all coffee machines. HORRIBLE idea. Best Western Plus looks to be still providing better service. No coffee maker and promise of 24 hour lobby coffee was and is not true. Crappy decision.

Hotel was great, employees were very helpful. Road construction in front of the hotel, I know its not permanent but had to do some rerouting to get to the drive way.

For the price of this room you would expect nicer amenities and certainly better surroundings there are crackheads and beggars in the parking lot stairways smell like mold hot tub has been cemented in not impressed at all with this hotel should have been a $60 a night Hotel not 140
