For the most part, went well. Except they failed to mention that the TV service didn’t work!! Kinda pissed about that 😠. And they need more handicap parking!!! Other than that it was alright. Would have liked some kind of discount for Not having TV service, but the people managing it are Very hard to understand,(English very poor)

The first room we were checked in to wasn't cleaned and we needed to notify the front desk and the front desk person moved us to a different room right away. The room looked clean upon arrival... beds were made with clean sheets. The floors could use a good mopping... as my 1 year olds knees were black from crawling around on the floor after just a few minutes. After using the shower... the tub was clogged with about 2 inches of standing water in it. I reported this to the front desk and was told a maintenance person would check it the next day. We returned the next evening to find that the tub wasn't touched... but the front desk person was able to de-clog the drain for us. Housekeeping does not clean the rooms daily... our trash cans were still full and our used towels were still in the room after an entire day out. I had to go to the front desk to ask for fresh towels. I feel the price I paid for 2 nights was pretty steep for what this hotel offers. Pool was heated and staff was decent. Breakfast was the usual hotel breakfast items. Overall... I rate our stay a 2 out of 5...

Just a big gap under the door about an inch but other than that everything was pretty good.

Room had a very musty smell. There was a large hole in the wall right next to the bed, poorly covered partially by a plastic piece but still had a big spot where insulation was showing. The lampshade had a huge water spot on it, like half the shade, looked really gross. Some sort of white stains on the dark grey bedskirts. Shower was awful, no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Empty cookie container under the sofa bed when we folded it out. Sofa bed mattress was horribly stained up, like urine stains or other liquid had soaked all the way through the mattress. Was only a flat sheet and scratchy blanket in the room for the sofa bed. The sheets on the queen beds were too small (like they were for double beds) so they kept popping off the mattress every time you moved. Curtain was partially hanging down off the rod. There was only a small dorm-sized fridge in the room, not the standard mini fridge. Only 1 trash can in the entire room. People were making a lot of noise in the room above us for 2 hours straight, complained to the front desk and they shrugged and did nothing. The first morning they opened the doors to the breakfast area 15 minutes later than it was supposed to be open, super inconvenient because we were in a hurry to get to our sporting event so had to just grab a plate of food and just eat in the car on the way there. The pool and hot tub were decent, the area around the pool was dirty though. Complained to desk clerk at checkout about the room,she didn't care one bit.

Absolutely nothing the staff were rude as ever and they lie about there rooms RUDE AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT OF ROOMS. BOOKING SHOULD NOT WORK WITH THIS HOTEL AS THEY BLAME BOOKK H FOR THERE LACK OF ROOMS AND FALSELY ADVERTISING THERE ROOMS AND NOT PROVIDING THE ROOM THAT WAS PAID FOR. LITERALLY ROBBED ME OF MY MONEY AND MEMORIES WITH MY KIDS

The king suit was HUGE. The bed comfortable and the room was clean. The life machine on our floor was out of order and there was no sign saying so but I like hotels I don’t mind walking them to find an ice machine.

The staff was helpful and the room was average. Not the cleanest, but not terrible. The floor felt a bit dirty, so I kept my socks on. There was not a hairdryer in the room. But the bed was quite comfy and there were lots of pillows.

Good bed. Decent room for a decent price. Nothing fancy.

Nice hotel. We got a suite, which was very spacious with it's own bedroom. New mattresses were just going in. Highly recommend.

We paid over 267.00 for the room which wasn’t anything great for the cost. Evidently. There was a function going on for the rate paid. As we were looking for a room last minute this hotel was rated 8/10. I would give it a 5/10 if that.

Super clean room and the breakfast food was so good, there’s a lot of food option.

We have stayed here often and were concerned because it had kind of went downhill and were thinking about changing where we stay. But they have changed management and appears they are trying to make things better. They were putting in new mattresses when we were there - we got a room with a new one, very nice! Also the breakfast was very good and they stayed on top of keeping things cleaned up. And one thing that hasn't changed, staff was excellent as usual, very friendly and helpful. Also enjoyed both the pool and hot tub! We will definitely be back!
