I did not like the smoking and the guy at the coffee area was rude. The pool was so over crowded!

Love how spacious the rooms are. The pool area is great and our kids had a blast at the arcade. There is so much staff working constantly keeping the grounds clean. We always enjoy our stay here!

Nice, clean large rooms. Comfortable bed. Food expensive but good. Only bad thing was the non-disclosed resort fee. I asked if there was one when I checked and was told there was not one. I got screwed !!!

Some staff were extremely friendly, others were obviously having bad days. Non-guests were able to get into the pool area and use the pool and hot tub without a room key. For the hotel being so close to the water and amusement park I would have thought it would have been more updated and kid friendly. Seemed more that the casino was the only thing that mattered and the hotel was an afterthought. Wouldn’t go there again and wouldn’t suggest staying there with young children.

Had a terrific stay at Isle Waterloo. Great hotel with good amenities. The rooms were clean and updated. Hotel staff were all friendly. The food was excellent but we wish there was a true morning hot breakfast other than grab and go sandwiches during the week and not only on the weekends. The casino paid out as well as a casino typically does. The pool had loud echos in the space but we enjoyed the hot tub. I do wish they either had a dedicated staff to enforce pool space rules or didn’t allow locals to come since they let kids run wild ruining staying customers time relaxing. The arcade was really clean and well maintained which does not happen often. We will return next rime we are in the area.

Bonito hotel, habitaciones bastante limpias, ubicación excelente si el propósito de viaje es Lost Island Themepark y Waterpark. Muchas actividades para disfrutar en la estancia alli

Our family had 7 rooms for 4 nights, we tried finding a spot to gather and were sitting outside on a patio, they told us we could not congregate.
-
Near the water park
-
Staff at the breakfast place was the only downside, not very friendly or welcoming and my daughter's bed had hair on it.
-
Our room was very good but we had to clean out dressers drawers and food from the Fridge. from the last guest/ No one addressed this issue. Just said thank you for bringing it to the front desk/ Do not have enought handicap parking

Nice clean facility

They give you coffee coupons to take to their Simply Yummy store... And in the mornings they only have one person working and the whole process goes incredibly slow. This is terrible for folks that have to get to work in the morning. I don't understand why we can't have coffee in the room, or a coffee machine in the lobby like they do on the floor where folks can get their own coffee as opposed to waiting in a long line or to deal with slow staff. It's the third time now I've had to wait.more than 5+ minutes just to get a cup of coffee poured...

Overpriced “resort fee” its not a resort. It’s just a casino. Everything stinks of cigarettes. Even when you specifically ask for non-smoking room.

There was mold on our ceiling, and the ants were terrible, they were all over the place. The staff was suppose to scan my rewards card so I would get points for my stay and they did not even do that for me! Won’t ever stay there again!

The location was prefect as we were visiting the Lost Island Parks. Walking in the hotel smells like cigarettes and chlorine. The pool area was nice. We ate at Brew Brothers and Yummy. Both were good. Our room (704) was really dusty, but served its purpose. Our second room (703) smelled like ozone, so we tried to air it out for a while. The shower had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The sink had a soap bar. That was it. You get a free regular coffee at the café, or $2 off a specialty coffee. There was a mini fridge in the room and s microwave down the hall.
