Had to change rooms from room 430 to 404 because of a constant outdoor fan/low buzzing noise. Funky shower turn-on.

The location was great and the staff were very friendly. No dresser drawers in our room; thermostat seemed to be locked - we could adjust the temp but it would not cool the room to our setting. Fitness room was small with machines in need of repair. Pool was very small.

We enjoyed our stay at the Jefferson. For an older building it is in pretty good shape. After a day of hiking it was great to get in the hot tub they have. We had a suite with a bedroom by itself with its own lthermostat, which was nice. The location is great, with everything you could want within walking distance. The carpet needed replacing and the fire place was just a bulb behind some fake logs. We told the staff we were disappointed with that and they were glad to get the input as they are refurnishing it in the next year or two. Regardless, we would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed here a few times and ut never disappoints. Staff is friendly and CHAR is excellent and convenient.

Everything was great except the mattress. This is the second stay with you and the first time I had to change rooms. This time being alone I managed a comfortable enough spot. Sagging with a depression from use.

Cool building in a fun downtown location Parking lot is tiny. Luckily the ramp was free. Room was disappointing - dated decor, beat up furniture, worn out carpet, no exhaust fan in bathroom. Booked a king suite with pullout couch - there was no couch.

Room was clean but the carpet was so old it had wrinkles in it that could trip you if you weren't careful

The rooms are very cozy. Bed is very comfortable. Staff very helpful and accommodating . Furniture in room very old with lots of chips out of wood. Updating needed.

Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Somewhat dated rooms showing signs of wear and tear thus making it appear nit as clean.
