It look like a place where they put up the homeless from the county.

Nothing Everything, dirty, no breakfast only coffee we were told, room had dirty li en on beds, fridge/freezer unclean, extension cords used that didn't fit in the wall properly. They illegally charged extra for a service dog. When I had papers with for proof.

Close to work staff is friendly no issues staying here.

Everything about it was TERRIBLE except for the front desk reception Shayla she was great customer service was great very considerate of the guest and there concerns.

The staff were friendly and helpful. I thought the lobby could use an upgrade. Looked a little dark and worn. Overall, it was very good for the price.

Had to have sheets changed upon check in as there was bunch of long hair intertwined with bedding. Fridge and microwave appeared dirty but was stained. Shady cars and people all hours day and night. Drug impaired people loitering outside doors at 8am.

Most of this building is low income long term room renters. They all yell at each other all night. Constant in and out to smoke everything under the sun. Resident are rude and always blocking entrances. This is not a hotel. It’s horrible.

Quite noisy, seems like much of the clientele is a step away from homelessness.

Perfect for what we needed Good nights sleep

Had a great time in the luxury room with the hot tub and the room we stayed in before that had two TVs which is amazing was able to hook my Roku up to one TV while watching this kid on the other and the only complaints today may have is the complimentary or the breakfast of nominees are kind of weak they charge you a couple bucks for a waffle and they don't let you sit in the breakfast room and eat it you have to go to your room and eat it other than that the staff is very friendly very helpful everyone there seems to serve a purpose we'll definitely be back

Room met my needs it had a large jacuzzi which I didn't use because my wife decided not to come on this trip. No breakfast but the price was reasonable enough to get a McMuffin at McDonalds. No maid service except to empty the garbage, did not replenish the very tiny bar of soap.

Kinda shady, stayed one night. Room was okay, out dated. Bedsheets were not good quality.

I was looking for a place to lay my head down, and Reliance Inn took care of my needs in Rm110. *Greeted by friendly employee at check-in. Smooth check-in. *Paid $50 deposit with credit card *Entered a cool, clean and comfortable room… with a hot tub! Bonus! *Appreciated stationary bike in the tiny workout room *Enjoyed the hot water and water pressure *Waffles are available for breakfast. You have to purchase the waffle batter at the front desk for $1.25 a cup *Pillows in my room were quite flat *Didn’t find a Gideon Bible in my room *Bedroom floor was laminate, not carpet. I’m good with this. *Refrigerator and microwave in room *Noticed several little things, minor things, that needed to be fixed in room. This did not hinder my stay. *Four gambling machines near office to try your luck. Good luck. *Check-out was smooth Me? I’d easily stay here again. There was nothing fancy about this hotel, but then, I wasn’t looking to be awed.
