Front desk was great

Towels from Hell! They looked like floor towels! I used my own.Other than that hotel is ok with friendly staff. But please buy new towels!!!

The pm front desk lady Rene is a gem. Take care of her like she takes care of your guests.

Left you alone

This hotel was clearly used for quite a bit of criminal activity. In the time that we were there (less than 24 hours) we witnessed 3 separate arrests. It’s pretty rough there.

Very friendly housekeeping

The housekeeping staff is so friendly!

The room was fine. But, towels, wash cloth & hand towels were Very dingy. The floor of the shower was dirty. Only one light & one outlet worked in the room. The lady who checked me out was very nice!

Asked for extra towels didn't get them place was dated needs updated too many people hanging out at the hotel

I didn’t like that there was people up partying and be loud until the early am

The staff were absolutely wonderful from check-in to check-out. They offered waffles in the morning, which was unexpected. However, you have to pay $1.25 per waffle, so take note of that if this is part of your decision-making process. I wanted to go for a run on the treadmill, but not only did the treadmill not work, none of the exercise equipment worked. All three pieces of equipment were completely unusable, and that was extremely disappointing.

Very uneasy place to sleep. Ended up leaving at 2 am because there was a suspicious person lurking around my car and didn’t want to risk it getting broken into as we are moving and our whole life is in there. Also my towels were stained and dirty and the top lock latch was broken.

You get exactly what you pay for here, and it’s not much. If you’re cheap or poor like me, this is where you want to be. Also, there are a lot of people in and out so if socializing with strangers is your thing you’re in for a treat. There’s a weird guy that sits by the front desk and stares at everyone that comes down the hall but there wasn’t a category to rate him. Every other rating is “okay” but I’d probably rate him as “not okay”. Maybe he’s an undercover security guard. He’s not going to make you feel safe in any case.

Staff very friendly property is run down and getting in on sode door was hard as the key didn't work very well. Parking lot is horrible and dirty with trash and broken down car.
