Clean room. Stuff was nice and helpful

Other people staying were running up and down the hall in the middle of the night and were not told to quiet down. Disruptive to sleeping.

The room was clean, but the facility is showing its age. Bathroom fixtures are wearing out and paint has been used to disguise the flaws. The TV in the room wouldn’t recievr any major network. When I went to the front desk for help, I was told he didn’t know anything about TVs. I pressed for assistance and ended up speaking to his boss over a cell phone. Eventually they sent a maintenance man who was the most helpful, but the TV service they are using just isn’t good. At 6:45 in the morning the desk clerk was knocking on the door across the hall and calling out for the guest. It woke us up and sounded like she was knocking on our door. This continued intermittently for the next hour. Finally the police tried to get a response. I don’t know what the resolution was. There is no sound proofing, we had children running and jumping above our room. We won’t go back. I will say the location is very convenient to the hospital, and lots of shopping opportunities

The pool and hot tub were a good place to relax after a long day.

Average hotel. Lacked a vibe as soon as you walked in. Things were spot cleaned at best. Lighter was found on floor by chair. Who knows how long that had been. Used an air freshener clipped to the air unit. Almost too overpowering. Bed was fairly comfortable. There was plenty of hot water unlike some other hotels. Once again, just an average hotel

Check in required a credit card for incidentals. I now have two pending charges on my account for $50.00 each?

We loved the spacious room, and how quiet and safe it felt. We did have a dirty shower, besides that it was a great stay!

Didn’t like being on the 2nd floor & there was no elevator. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub.

Needed an elevator. Had to make several trips with luggage. But overall good place to stay.

Was an okay stay for us, except for the barking dog in the next room. The manager was unruly during check in to other guests regarding the pool, but the front desk staff were helpful and friendly

We are both in our 80's and were put on the second floor with no elevator. Staff did not offer to help with suitcases.

Nice property, walkable restaurants, check-in is very slow.

Breakfast was A+ the waffles are a hit hot chocolate too the pool area was great I have no complaints on room or staff I do wonder why I haven’t been refunded the incidental $50
