Management was rude They clearly state they are pet friendly but when confirming booking they are dogs only! So I asked specifically if I could bring a hamster or a fish & said no

The staff was able to change my room from the second floor to the first. I was not able to do the stairs, no elevator. I was happy with the breakfast it was the standard fair. But the cleaning of my room was not good. They came in and took the one towel and one washcloth off the sink counter and that was it. No new towel in the bathroom, no trash taken out and bed was not changed or made. Was very dissapointed in this area.

The ground outside the outside door by the pool side of the hotel was absolutely disgusting with trash. Garage thrown all over the ground and wasn’t even cleaned until 2 days later and even then not all of it was. The stairwell smelled like dog pee..

The young kid working the front desk was very unfriendly and not very helpful I ask for adjoining rooms because my wife and myself were traveling with my 93 year old mother in law and he said that was not available so it put one room on the second floor and the other on first floor. we check-in around 6:00 pm and the parking lot hand only 10 cars parked in the lot? I know he did that purpose

Breakfast was good with basics. Parking lot was well lit and felt safe. Building was very clean including spa area. The person who checked me in seemed rude but i think it was probably social awkwardness.

The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the pool! The beds are so high that sometimes it’s a challenge to get in it, but I did!!

Room was very clean, up to date and attractive. Bed was very comfortable. Bed linens and pillows were nice. Registration Desk person was very helpful and friendly. Excellent overall!!

Good location. A very basic hotel. It is clean enough but halls are dark and bathrooms are old. Packed with children and families the weekend we were there

The king size bed was comfortable. The shower pressure was great. No elevator. The front desk staff was unfriendly, not helpful and seemed rude. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 9am to clean even though we were due to check out by 11am. Evidently, they didn't get a list.
