Comfort Inn & Suites West Des Moines

The rooms were updated and clean. Breakfast was great.

Passable

Clean, comfortable room. Good bed with great pillows. Nice breakfast included. Friendly staff! Nothing to add.

The breakfast, the room itself was very clean, the check in process, just in general the facilities were up to date and very clean.

Food was good quality, and good choices. N/A

Place for a overnight

Great location off I80. Rugs seemed dirty, which made it all feel dirty. Attendant not helpful at checkin.

Friendly staff. Hot breakfast (eggs, biscuits and gravy and sausage) waffles

Close to my work. Nice room and staff. Breakfast was good. Decent rate. The beds are nice but I could not get comfy. You can hear people above you walking around. Was not fun late at night. The general smell when you walk in is not pleasant, however; it was not in the room.

Great place to stay for the weekend. Was in town to attend the Iowa State Fair.

Staff and room were wonderful..,no complaints.

Pets stayed in the hotel

Clean room and helpful staff

The hotel was very nice! My husband and girls all said it was the best sleep they have had at a hotel! The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was nice and big, and it was very clean. The breakfast was average but had options. The check in staff could have been a little friendlier, but the check out staff was very nice!

Clean room, bed is comfortable, bathroom is good.

The quality of breakfast and coffee. It has changed for the worst. Even the coffee was not good.

would recommend, clean, breakfast was good and staff helpful.

Hotel is clean and great. Breakfast was also great. However, we waited in the lobby for 20 minutes before anyone came to check us in and when he did, it took him almost 30 minutes to check us into our rooms because he was very very slow typing, meanwhile he was loudly playing a religious podcast from a radio on his waist. Never seen anything more strange in all my travels.
