Dirty and looked cheap

Easy access parking. Room quiet. Good AC. Fridge but no microwave.

Clean

No shampoo I. Room and no hair dryer

Good stay staf was helfull

This place is a joke

The hotel sucks and so does the staff...ice machine doesn't work half the time

This Motel was in a great location, close to restaurants, gas stations, interstate and the mall. The only thing I’d suggest changing is replacing the bar soap with liquid soap, in refillable containers.

I’ve stayed here several times and this time my experience wasn’t so good.

There were not soap and only one towel. Floors were dirty. The shower was hot which was nice

Basic hotel room. I found it clean and quiet.

Great location but the property is absolute trash, it smells bad the carpet stinks it looks like it's under destruction instead of construction and to many animals

Do not waste your money. It looks clean in the pictures but look closely and you notice boogers on the wall, hair in the bathroom, dirty door knobs and walls. I didn’t stay and they would not refund any of my money. The halls reek of animal urine with stains, even the elevators re dirty. Super sketch.

The check-in was good and the room was okay. But I wasn't sure if the sheets had been changed out as I found some black hairs on the sheets but since I was by myself and then I have my wife with me I did not make a big deal of it even though I wanted to. Also the bathroom floor was not very clean at all and looked like it hadn't been cleaning quite a while. Other than that it was good. Thank you.

Staff on duty upon arrival was helpful, thereafter not so. (1)Ice machine was not working; initially desk clerk said nothing could be done. After much cajoling, he brought some ice (which he said was not for guests). (2) (During the late evening and early morning hours, children were running up and down the hall outside our room, slamming doors and shouting (3) In the morning, we discovered bathroom sink in the room was plugged and water would not drain. Sink was missing opening/closing device. Plumber was not available to help. Desk clerk brought a plunger for me to clear blockage. Effort to clear drain resulted in very dirty water, including debris, filling the sink. Sink never drained so we needed to use water from the tub faucet to brush our teeth, et. al. (4) Morning clerk said only thing she could do was offer another room, which was not useful because we were only staying one night and were already running late for an appointment. (5) Desk clerk in the morning was on her cell phone when I went to the lobby for coffee. She hadn't noticed dispensers were empty. Unacceptable conditions overall. Staff demurred from adjusting cost of the room.

The ice machine was broken and there was no shampoo in the room.

Ice maker broken, trash piled up next to can in elevator area. Room was fine.

-The property was never the best thru the years but has gone down hill in every aspect over the last few years, there is a micro wave in the lobby that I can guarantee has never been cleaned since day one , nothing works, ice maker, pool has been not open for the last several years. I'm done with them !!!!!

No ice. Needed when you are traveling
