Very pet friendly place!!!

The suite was large with a bed in the kitchen/eating area and a bed and a separate room. So no place really to just sit and watch TV with a sofa or anything like that. It was nice but definitely showed signs of wear everywhere. No breakfast because it has a kitchenette that they expect you to make your own. No coffee either. Overall it was fine and close to where we wanted to be for a conference.

Was clean and she answered right away!

The room felt mostly clean, but the hallways had mud tracked in on them. The room was spacious and we enjoyed the kitchen area. Our ice machine was not on or not working. Over all, we had a mostly pleasant stay.

Clean

Landscaping was overgrown, appeared to be weeks since it was last tended to. We were given the incorrect room, complained and our new room smelled so bad we cancelled our reservation. Management was of zero help.

It's my hotel of choice! I always stay here!

Mold smell and rude front desk

Got what we paid for. A room for less than $100. Honestly pretty good deal for the price.

Good place for the money. Rooms are clean and upgraded.

1. the lamp next to the the bas was covered in either pubic hair or dog hair and what looked like snot, rest of the room was clean looking 2. Room furnishings were dated and needed a rehab, no USB chargers we had to go and buy charging cables, room did not look like pictures online 3. Shower had a drip and stoppage in the tub 4. A/C was ice cold but very noisy 5. AND THIS SEEMS TO BE NEW TREND: 3 pillows for (2) people on a Queen bed, had to go to the front desk to get another pillow, just put (4) pillows on a Queen bed 6. Stayed Thursday night till Monday morning (2) towels for the entire visit 7. Wanted to the room cleaned while we were out on Sunday (no one ever came) Maybe it was because it was a Sunday so I will give grace, we did leave the room at a little before 8:00 AM so there was plenty of time to clean it. 8. Body wash was really low, I had my own so I just used that Hotel is convenient driving wise to everything.

Exceptional

They were in the process of updating at least the hallways. There was no coffee maker available and our key cards stopped working the day before we needed to check out. The AC was loud and didn't cool down the seperated bedroom.

Nice and quiet location Clean

We were in town for a wedding and needed a place to stay the night, this was perfect! Very quiet and clean overall, and the room itself was huge compared to other options we looked at in the area.

There is one ac unit for the entire suite. They have rigged the unit in the living area to supply air to the bedroom. They used some old piece and put it on top of the new unit. The piece isn't even fully attached...so the bedroom was pretty hot. It seems like they updated some stuff and not others. Someone's dog left a gift in the hallway. The staff did get it when I told her. I had to get linens for the sofa bed because none were in the room like there supposed to be. I asked for an early check in, and was told it was based on availability, and it was booked up. When I got there and for the the weekend they it was pretty bare. The second person told me it would be $20 to check in early. I 'm glad I didnt pay any extra for this place. Definitely will not stay at a Sonesta again. This is my first impression of their hotels.

nothing I stayed here before they remodeled the hallways They got rid of the coffee in the lobby and only left 1 serving in the room even though their were 2 of us. They never cleaned the room even though we were there 4 days. Our room was 25 rooms away from the elevator. I asked on the second day if we could get a room closer to the elevator as my wife is recovering from a broken ankle. They said they didn't have any extra rooms which didn't make sense as we were giving our room for a different one.We will never go back

Exceptional

Trash cans on property were overflowing. Check-in time was a late 4p.m. and then there were lines of people waiting to check in. At 4p.m. someone came to the desk and activated the computer, so it was ready to operate at 4:05 p.m. Liked location though it was a little hard to find.

We stayed for 12 nights. Our toilet was messed up on a daily basis. We never actually got a maintenance person to help fix it, they’d just drop a plunger off and the toilet would stop working again the next day. We requested housekeeping 5 days in a row and NEVER got it. The front desk people argued with me and said that for a stay of 12 nights we didn’t qualify for any housekeeping at all. Disgusting place. Avoid at all cost.
