West Des Moines Marriott

Great staff!!!! Shout Out to Zach and all the Gals at the Jordan Parkway Marriott. They're all so great at their jobs. So friendly, welcoming and there to make sure each and every single stay is a great stay. Well done! ❤️ We can't wait to come back again.

Parking was free and easy. The check in and out process was easy. The pillows were awful but everything else was fine.

Staff and services were all excellent. No breakfast included but there are lots of restaurants nearby if you don’t want anything at the on site restaurant/breakfast buffet. The facilities are up to date and clean. There is plenty to parking as well.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Room was nice and clean and the front desk staff was very friendly

Conveniently located just off I80 and conveniently located close to the mall where you will find a variety of restaurants and shops. This property is very popular so it would behoove travelers to make plans to stay here well in advance.

I had to cancel because it was the wrong dates and I cancelled and tried to re book but they were full.. booking.combated to make an exception and refund me.. I emailed several times to you and so did booking. Com no response… I called no one answered .. I gave up…. Not happy at all… wow I usually stayed here with my mom everytime we stayed in Des Moines… you all are slipping in customer service even the hotel next to you… I stood there a good 5-7 minutes before I was checked in.. he was on the computer .. he could have said I will be with you in just a few minutes..

Our room smelled moldy. There was visible damage near the window frame due to water intrusion. Otherwise, it was clean and the staff was wonderful.

Elevator was broken and they couldn’t figure out to let people use the service elevator as well. Nothing but lines to wait for the one working elevator.

M Club appetizers time ended a bit too early. Snacks were not replenished until following morning. Charge for Wifi in room.

Comfortable beds/pillows

Very good

They told me breakfast was going to be included with my room. I got there and they told me no I need it to be a gold member and my fridge in my room was not working so a very kind lady brought me a new one to the room.

Rooms were clean, staff was kind and helpful, location was great!
