SpringHill Suites Des Moines West

We enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and comfortable! Just thought the room fan/AC was a little rattily.

Spacious & comfortable room; thankful for the fridge & microwave This suite needs another mirror. One was not enough for 5 adults getting ready in the morning. Sink was slow and had standing water every time we used it. Yuck.

Very comfortable, clean rooms, excellent breakfast

We only stayed one night and had to leave in the morning by 8:30am. We had a quick breakfast with eggs, potatoes and sausage. We didn't use the pool and were told at the front desk that the hot tub was not working and was drained of water, which was disappointing. The room was clean but you could tell it was an older property. It was fine for the price we paid. I would have preffered a place with a working hot tub.

Check in was quick and I was so happy it was clean and fresh feeling!!

Great location. Clean facilities. Breakfast was great. The room was spacious and fit our family of 5 nicely.

My room was big but there was no hot water on the shower, lots of stains in yhe bed and the sofa, and no bags on the trash cans. The pool was dirty and with lots of inflatables. The hot tub was out of service. Not so much to choose on the breakfast and very crowded. The guy thay welcome us was very nice. The hotel looks nothing like the pics.

Great hot breakfast, fun snack bag as a welcome, very friendly staff

Superb

The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good, staff were friendly. The hot tub was not working but the pool was open and the grandkids had fun in the pool.

The full breakfast was warm and fresh. I check in. The girl went above and beyond to find the checking cuz she couldn't find it from the booking site. It took us about an hour in total but she didn't give up and she was very friendly the entire process. Nothing.

Average! Nothing special but get the job done with clean comfy rooms.

This was a better quality hotel than we stayed in the previous 3 nights. The rooms were nicely appointed. Plenty of parking. A/C works great. Breakfast is about average. We would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly, but the rooms were pretty dated and not the cleanest. Overall, it was OK for the price.

Todo muy bien gracias

Good

The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area had toys for kids to play with. We really enjoyed our stay!!

The size of the room. The suite was fantastic. The breakfast consisted of biscuits and gravy and gravy with sour there was no breakfast meat, sausage, bacon, etc. The scrambled eggs were fine.

Clean, comfortable, cozy, up to date, helpful staff and fresh breakfast.

Staff was very helpful, especially the evening of check-in. The room was clean however, the carpet near the air conditioning unit was damp. The hot tub was broken. The breakfast was good.
