All of that to stay, the gentleman at the front desk was above and beyond helpful. He was friendly, helpful, prompt and just a great dude. While the amenity itself was poor, he did a great job. Maybe he will find a better place to work.

Room was clean. Very good breakfast. Very nice staff.

First, the staff was absolutely amazing. They were helpful, understanding, friendly, and professional. That being said, I would NEVER stay at this hotel again. The bed was so old we could feel the springs and it was angled and NOT flat at all. There was hair all over the bathroom. The hall smelled like vomit. It felt more like an old motel than a nice hotel.

The breakfast was really good and the room was spacious!

Front desk staff when checking in were awesome. Very friendly guy. Property seemed a little aged, especially the pool area. Breakfast was par for the brand. One thing that was odd, housekeeping came in a took out trash and replaced towels, but didn’t make beds. Seemed a bit odd at the time. Overall, it gave us a place to stay and sleep while in town.

My friends and I stayed for a night. No wash clothes or towels in our room, and we called front desk, the tall gentleman with long black hair brought towels only stating “we only have towels.” And I asked how am I supposed to shower, he then shrugs and says “with your hands I guess.” TERRIBLE.

Springhill was a breath of fresh COLD air my room was cold when I got to it the lobby also was coland inviting

Rooms were dirty, the couch was disgusting, the air conditioner was working right. I won't come here ever again

This was the perfect set up for our family weekend away! Thank you

The breakfast was good. The iron in my room didn’t work but the front desk brought me a different iron quickly.
-
The breakfast area was cramped & hard to maneuver. The building only has one elevator and should have 2. It took forever to get downstairs or up from the 4th Floor. The pool area was not ventilated & it was awful if not in the pool. It was the worst I've ever visited as a parent just supervising children.
-
When we stayed here we got over charged, our sheets in our room were stained yellow, and a bed comforter had a brown stain on it. The staff that checked us in was very rude.
-
Hotel was extremely dirty and needed attention.
-
The breakfast area was very small with only 1 waffle iron. Housekeeping was on a time and did a great job cleaning the room.

Nice

We did not have breakfast before heading home but the breakfast area was busy and looked as though there was a wide selection of choices available. I would stay again if traveling through for a night. A longer term stay, I would prefer a more updated pool area. The price for a Friday evening stay was under $150 so I can’t really complain. This was much better priced than most places within the city.

The room was well-arranged, clean, and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exactly what you would expect- nothing fancy, but tasty, well stocked, and clean. Our only complaint is that the AC seemed to be struggling to maintain a comfortable temperature, leaving the room mildly warm. They appeared to be in the process of updating the units, we were just unlucky and got a room that hadn't been updated yet.
