stayed here for years, easy to get to and close to food and shopping and the interstate

Needs updating

Suite Rooms and breakfast included. This hotel is extremely run down and not well kept. The hallways had tons of carpet stains and someone spilled cereal (or some puffs) on the floor that the cleaning staff walked over multiple times. The breakfast area was maintained but the milk in the fridge was sour despite being not being outdated. So many details were just not taken care of and there was no pride taken in the hotel. The room floor was very dirty and there were multiple pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. GROSS.

Friendly staff and clean rooms .

Staffs were friendly and courteous. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great! Standard hotel breakfast with plenty of options and good flavor. It was busy during our stay, but we still had a good stay! Could be cleaner. Some stains off the ceiling im our room

Location Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The hotel is very old and outdated, and the room had a strange smell that made it feel less clean and comfortable. To make matters worse, there was road construction right outside the hotel that continued throughout the night, making it nearly impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, it wasn’t the relaxing stay we were hoping for.

Nice pool and hot tub area. Not a lot of space to meet as a group. Rooms were OK. Not real fancy, but OK.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Condition of the overall building. For what I paid I expected better. It was dingy and the room was not set up the way it was advertised (specifically no sleeper couch but a pull out trundle, those are not the same).

The breakfast was wonderful We were not disappointed in any aspect of our stay

The room was clean, the staff went out of their way to help us with more bedding and towels, the breakfast was good, could have a few more choices, but way better than some other places. The hot tub was hot, which is very good.

This isn’t your average Spring Hill. It’s not bad, but I guess my expectations were elevated with other Spring Hill locations I’ve been to. It was a great price on booking! Not the usually Spring Hill look and feel. The check in process took a little longer than expected, especially at 11:30 p.m. when we checked in. We were ready to get to bed.

Hot tub was not working only 2of the flow jets it was like warm but they did turn up heat second day, we asked when checked in if was working they said yes yet it really wasnt

The location, quiet, restaurant next door

Room was very clean. Bathroom door wouldn’t latch or stay closed and beds were very hard. Breakfast was good and coffee was great!
